What a relief!
What a relief! I have been stressing for weeks when I finally plucked up the courage to sort everything out yesterday,I saw Freshstart UK had a superb write up on Trustpilot so went ahead and gave them a call, spoke to Tom who I have to say was superb to say the least he was so comforting no judgement just there to help within about 3 hours it's was all sorted with a low manageable payment starting next month, it was a pleasure speaking with Tom, I have sent a WhatsApp message this morning and Tom came straight back reassuring me, a 5 ⭐ service to say the least and a good night's sleep last night, thank you Tom.

I was a wee bit apprehensive about talking about my issues, however I needn’t have worried.
The company called when they said they would.
I spoke to Aron who was empathetic, friendly, professional and very supportive.
He explained everything in great detail and always checked that I understood my options.

My experience has been great from the very beginning. Mia and Amy have been incredibly helpful from day one. They took the time to understand my situation and made everything feel manageable and stress-free. They explained everything clearly and supported me throughout the process, which made a big difference.
2: What is the company doing well?
FreshStart is doing really well at helping people get back on track with their finances. They set up an affordable payment plan that works for me and has made it much easier to deal with my debts. Everything has run smoothly, and I feel more in control now. I’d like to thank both Amy and Mia, as well as the company, for supporting people like myself who needed that extra help. I would definitely recommend them to others.
