Never received necklace 😢
Ordered a necklace end of November but I still have not received it. Tiday is January 23rd. You were fast charging me but not on delivery. This was a Christmas present for my wife. I notified you before your January break but was told to wait that I would receive it. It shipped December 5th.

I am sorry to hear about the delay to your order and for the disappointment caused.
As I said in my reply to the email you also sent, the Royal Mail postal strikes seem to have had a severe impact on the journey of your parcel to the US and I can see from the tracking update your necklace is still in transit to you.
This is most unusual and our delivery times to the US are normally 5-7 days. Please be assured that we will get you a replacement or refund in full once we hear back from you which you prefer.

It took some before the necklace arrived in Germany. But this was due to the strike of Royal Mail. I bought a necklace with a Border Terrier and it is really nice 🙂

Really nicely made jewellery which went down very well (it was a gift), with a pretty pouch that matches the rural theme of the jewellery. Despite all the pre-Christmas drama with couriers Fresh Fleeces made special arrangements which ensured this arrived well before Christmas. It's expensive stuff, but it is beautifully executed.
