This is the second item I have ordered and I have loved them both. This one was a present and was very well received. The quality and detail of the item itself was phenomenal and it was even beautifully packaged. I paid by instalments and this feature also worked smoothly. My wife loves the necklace as the dog on it bears a very good likeness to her beloved dog that passed away- the necklace is worn almost constantly.
