Fresh solar installed solar panels at my property last summer
The installation was professionally done and delivered on the date agreed
However 3 months later the bird guard ( wire that prevents birds nesting under the panels) fell off and is dangling from the roof
Since then I emailed Fresh and was ignored for a few months . Finally they responded and said they will dispatch an engineer on a specific date then that was changed as engineers were off sick last week scaffolding was booked and erected . This cost me two days off work to allow them access to the property. On the specified date I rang only to be told it can’t be done as the engineer’s van has broken down and there is no backup
This shambles has cost me two days off work and likely to be more now . I wish I never had this done to be honest

Their rep was professional and patient and the installers didn't waste anytime at all. The whole installation and commissioning was completed in less than 6hours. The really know what they about. All the certifications including building permissions and all i need to start selling my excess production have been sorted by their team; good job guys

Contacted Fresh Electric Solar from a leaflet at Costco as was getting a warning on my battery installation
Got hold of Dan and he was very helpful got into my system remotely and done a few tweaks to date all seems well

Great experience with Fresh for my solar installation. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about their products and offering. The installation was very quick and efficient, and there has also been great aftercare service. Would definitely recommend giving them a shout if you’re thinking about solar!

First and foremost John gave us great explanation about Solar installation and the amount of savings we would do over a period of time. The team were very reponsive . Very quick to reply to emails and also quick to answer calls.
The scaffolding was arranged and the guys promptly put it up on the same day of the installation . The installation was quick and efficient but our only grouse was it was not clean - they left all of the dirt etc for us to clean up . The system works well and any questions and doubts were answered promptly.
After the installation the documentation , drawings etc were promptly provided within a few days so that we can easily register for the SEG.

Excellent company, took us through every step of the installation, registration of details and switch to best supplier for optimal rates. Very fast turnaround and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

My overall experience leads me to rate Fresh and David King at 5 stars. David was attentive without being pushy and his knowledge of the various products was reassuring. He was generous in giving his time and attention to all our queries and the Fresh team that completed the installation in a day were equally professional.

The office team were very good at answering questions promptly about the timing of the installation and gave us detailed information about the system and its components.
The installation team were exceptional particularly as they had to amend the plan on site. At all times they were courteous and kept us fully informed. It was a very stress free process and we are very happy with the result.

A breath of FRESH air. An excelleny company to deal with from survey to completed setup and paperwork. Great advice from the surveyor and money saving tips from the installers. Charging setup and software query with the installation department was simple and straight forward. Brilliant

We had an initial meeting with Ravi who was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was not in the least bit pushy and gave us time to make up our minds about what we wanted. He even warned us off oversizing the system which would’ve been an easy sell for him. The installation was seamless, it was a very professional team.
Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend fresh solar to anybody else thinking of going down this route.

The installtion went smooth in very difficult weather conditions and was done with two days with not lot of disrubtion. Quality of work in general good. All systems working perfectly.

All rather perfect, such an easy and responsive company. The installation itself was SO efficient, the guys polite, super quick, knowledgeable about the product and very happy to explain everything we wanted and needed to know, they even helped us upload the app!
