Absolutely LOVE Frenchie products! They are so comfy and incredible quality!

I’m obsessed with my Frenchie, I’ve had it for 3 years. It’s so much better than the oodie when I compare the two. The Frenchie is so soft and comfy and isn’t too thick and suffocating. It’s my staple throughout winter! Highly recommend the Frenchie, it’s so good and the colour range is great too.

I ordered a few days back and received it within a couple days on express delivery.
Quite happy with my order, looks very lush and comfortable, I have other oodies but this one will be for going out in this Melbourne weather 😊

‼️ this company only takes your money & after weeks of contact about your missing order they finally send you a tracking number & from then on you will only get updates from courier saying “attempted pickup, rescheduled by sender” & after a few of those then you will get NOTHING except thoughts of your hard earned money being STOLEN by this NO LONGER REPUTABLE COMPANY. Absolutely PUTRID ‼️

Got my items and as per usual the pillow cases are to die for. I have bought many times from frenchie because their silk pillowcases are the only pillow cases I use. I've stocked up and just waiting for other colours to restock so I can get more. Thank you team for having such incredible items, will always only use frenchie pillow cases because they are the absolute best

My mother in law bought us Frenchies two years ago as a gift and they were amazing quality. We do love them. Now I wanted to return the favour and order one for her for Mothers Day as she is now living with us. I ordered on 3rd May and I STILL have not received my order. I even paid the extra ten bucks for express shipping to make sure it was here by Mothers Day. Now I have tried to contact them numerous times, through their different emails, their Facebook page and I have had zero replies. Sendle website originally said that they were waiting on the order to be dispatched but now it says it’s unknown where it is. I’m frustrated and out almost $90 with no item that I paid for and literally no replies. I think it’s a scam now and I will have to go through my bank to reclaim my money. Do NOT purchase from them, I am utterly disappointed in their customer service and communication.

I am so confused and genuinely think this store is a scam. I purchased slippers and pillow cases 3 weeks ago and have not received a dispatch email or any update on my order. I have emailed them several times and tried to dm them on instagram with no response at all. I will be taking further action. Do not buy from frenchie wear!!

Frenchie’s are a warm comforting version of a dressing gown but even better! Quick to deliver and well wrapped. The slippers are very fluffy and are comfortable to wear. A Frenchie is perfect for those cold nights in winter. I highly recommend getting a Frenchie!

I have ordered twice from Frenchie and I believe their quality and service beats other known major brands. Delivery was smooth and fast..no issues! The Frenchie's themselves are the best of quality. I wash and drynin the dryer with no issues yet..I have a Frenchie for all my kids including my 3yo toddler.
