I had ordered two slings, only one had arrived in the post so when I contacted freerider they were fantastic and quickly rectified that without any issue or drama. I appreciated the human interaction when I had emailed them.

Highly recommend! The best experience from an online retailer I’ve had. I ordered a baby wrap in grey, and my package arrived super promptly! When I opened the packaging (beautifully packaged in a little pouch) I found a patterned wrap instead of the one I’d ordered. The first thing I noticed was the material was gorgeous and silky. I would have kept the patterned wrap but it’s intended to use for me and my partner and I wanted something neutral. I messaged the Facebook page, and got a quick response. Very apologetic and a replacement wrap was sent immediately. A courier service was arranged to collect the patterned wrap free of charge so I did not even need to venture to the post office to return. My replacement arrived just as promptly as the first package. Again stunning and this time in the colour I’d picked out. I have practiced using the wrap, and can’t wait to use for our new baby due very soon. I feel the material will be versatile in keeping the little one and myself cool in the summer as it looks so breathable but also warm in the colder months. This is the baby purchase I am most chuffed with, and the company which has most impressed.

The sling is of impeccable quality, with a little booklet on how to use it. The shipping was fast and the customer service was lovely! recommended store and products!!

It’s the only baby wrap that my baby loves! Thin, super comfortable, it doesn’t give me back pain

Amazing product - delivered quickly but the smell of chemicals on the product when opened was so strong!!
I know this happens when products sit in warehouses to prevent damp and keep it in perfect condition but you could smell it through the packaging,
A quick wash and it’s perfect now!

Purchase and shipping went fine, took a bit longer than expected, but fine. The reason this gets 4 stars is more on the branding and messaging. All text, explanations, mission, etc refer to women and feminine and mothers, ignoring entirely that fathers are also purchasing and using the products. There are pictures of men using the slings, but the messaging is entirely ignoring these men. I found the lack of awareness in terms of diversity and modern gender roles a bit disappointing, coming from a young company as this.

Delivery was quick and easy. Unfortunately I had to return due to being gifted a sling but the return was super easy and the money was refunded straight away.

Lovely product. I have yet to try it out but instructions that come with it seem clear. The item arrived with a manufacturing fault but customer service was faultless and the sling was replaced very quickly and easily.

All good. Parcel arrived on time and sensibly packaged. The leggings were a present for my daughter, and she tells me they are great, substantial, very comfortable and look good.

Cloth quality is good still very expensive just for that.
