Was unable to access my email via Safari. Gedeon walked me through using Firefox instead, which seems to be successful. So prompt and efficient. The problem with Safari remains but that is an issue for Apple rather than with FreeParking.

Room for improvement
Customer service could be improved here. Bit of a struggle to get them to issue a refund rather than put credits on my account. They did as asked in the end, after half as dozen communications, but why they didn't just do it the first time I don't know. On the plus side they are very polite even with a frustrated and increasingly annoyed customer😊

Worst company to deal with
We signed up for emails with them and we kept getting calls regarding increasing our email package and so we did unless we went on unlimited for 3 years. Meanwhile they had our credit card and auto renewed old package. We also bought web design package and hosting for 1 year which we could not build with them because it was too confusing for us. So now the web hosting was on auto renew. When we called them up to get the refund, they simply said it was our fault that we did not cancel auto renew. We've been calling them for the past 4 weeks and explaining this to each and every one of the staff and hear the same thing that they will call us soon, but no one actually calls. Now we are running around to get this sorted and they don't even care. We so regret going with this provider and are stuck with them now.

Don't let these clowns hosted your mail
Migrated my hosted email from a Crazy Domains to a Freeparking plan. Absolutely hopeless. My email quota kept getting reset to zero every night, breaking the service. Had to make daily calls to the service desk to get the quota reinstated and request the issue be resolved. After two weeks of hearing ongoing excuses that they had "escalated" to their infrastructure team to resolve, I decided to move my email to a different provider. Was up and working in a couple of hours with the new provider.
Be aware the same service desk and support teams operate Freeparking and Crazy Domains.
