First class experience from initial contact through to booking confirmation.
Charlie, the agent I dealt with throughout the process was outstanding. He initially showed an in-depth knowledge and then provided a full itinerary of the trip we had discussed. Once confirmed, full details of my trip were provided in a timely manner.
I found the personal touch so reassuring and any questions I asked were answered in a detailed manner.

A great bespoke booking experience
We had a great booking experience with freedom destinations. Charlie was our consultant, and he was great. He talked to us about everything we wanted from our holiday and came back 2 days later with 2 bespoke options for us to choose from. Both options were amazing, and it was hard to pick the best one. Can't wait to go on holiday to Canada now. Would definitely recommend.

trip to Singapore, New Zealand, Fiji and Australia
We are in the booking stage for a trip to New Zealand in early 2027. The experience so far has been excellent - Kate has looked after us extremely well. She has provided helpful advice, adjusted our itinerary as necessary and communicated extremely well about options. She has shared in our excitement about the holiday - whilst we still have to go on the holiday the work Kate has done has set us up for a great trip

Excellent Freedom Destination Consutant
The consultant, Kate, listened to what I wanted and then made a few suggestions. Once we had a general plan she was excellent accepting some tweaks - nothing was too much trouble.

Staff were very good and patient
Staff were very good and patient, especially when we wanted to alter and adjust our plans. However as Molly went on leave their was a little bit of missed communication, but that was easily fixed.
