Great response time. Answered questions that I had.

Very easygoing

They had the right engine for my truck and the price was lower than I expected it to be. Hopefully it arrives soon and ill let you know how the install experience goes. Buying it was a breeze but I dont know a single company out there thats not quick to take your money though. Lol! Great people, very knowledgeable staff etc. Will buy another engine soon if this one goes well.

The process was quick and I was in communication with the sales team for the whole process, engine arrived in a timely matter. It's still being installed so we shall see how it runs.

This was the only place that had a transmission for my van ready to go. The communication was excellent all the way through, shipping was super fast to my mechanic and core return was easy, just follow the directions. My only complaint could be the quote given in the internet was significantly different than the quote I got on the phone and what I paid, nearly $1000 more when I talked to a rep (not including core charge) however, the warranty is easily probably the best in the business even without the available upgrade. So overall I'm.very pleased.

How fast they communicated back

So far, so good. Frasier has been prompt at responding to my requests and based on their reputation, I can't imagine anything other than a positive experience with them in the near future.

These guys are great to work with! Only complaint is when 2 transmissions came up for the Hyundai Genesis we had already established which one is was. When I called to check on the shipment, (twice), the second time he transferred me to shipping and the guy said it hadn’t been sent out cause they didn’t know which transmission it was. I have a phone and they could have called even though it had been established in the beginning. Otherwise, great transmission and no core or core charge! In the car and working great! I would work with them again, but always check if you don’t get an email about the shipping.

From the very beginning everything went well communication was on point every time and if they didn’t know they would connect me with someone that did know and that’s what I like they stuck with me through the whole process and I would highly recommend Fraser.

Decent so far communication is good so far and keeping me up to date havent gotten the engine yet so cant give a full opinion but so far so good
