Needed a replacement transmission for a 2015 GMC Sierra, so I wasn’t interested in having the same defective torque converter. So I went for an upgraded transmission with a heavy duty torque converter. When I called with questions they answered them quickly and when they didn’t have the information right there they were able to get it and give satisfactory answers. The shipping was quick, no complaints there. They did have a fee attached to the core waver but they told me upfront. Probably should be on the website but that was the only thing that raised an eyebrow. But the fact that they offer a core waver was a good part of me choosing them. Other transmission companies don’t tell you the freight then charge a pretty high price for it. One was over 700.00. I’ve worked with freight companies and I know round about how much they charge for pallets so I wasn’t too happy at that one. So I went with these guys they were reasonable with the upgraded transmission I got. The shop just finished and didn’t say there was any issues they’re just doing a leak test and it’s good to go.

The engine came in and the timing was completely off, my tech had to spend half the day resetting the timing, when I called in to speak to a supervisor an Italian guy told me he didn’t care how many engines we purchased, the only tech support we could get was from the warranty dept, and proceeded to hang up on me for the 3rd time.
This is completely unacceptable and my company will never ever purchase from this company again. Terrible experience terrible product. I would stay away from this company completely.

My engine came complete. The shop that did the engine swap didn't have to take anything off my old engine. It saved me a lot of money and I have complete new engine. Very happy with the engine I purchased.
