Nice phone , had delivery trouble , not franks fault tho. In saying that it would have been nice to know 3 weeks after iPhone 11 purchase , I could have purchased iPhone 12 for $50 extra . If I’d known I would have waited the 3 weeks

Sick phone,
Went from iPhone SE (2020) to IPhone 12 Pro. Wicked quality camera and battery life is way better than I expected. Got a “Good” quality phone and got an “excellent/ex-demo” quality phone.

I was sent a region-locked phone which I could not use, and had to send back. This arrived on 22nd March. Communication was very difficult - the WhatsApp link on FB does not work. When we finally got though to them, they arranged to send me a replacement phone - they then sent me an iPhone and it was supposed to be a Samsung. I waited then for confirmation about another replacement but none could be found - at no stage was I offered to upgrade to another phone, to simply get a phone to me - that whole process took two weeks. I sent back BOTH phones a week ago exactly (and emailed them with the AusPost receipts and tracking numbers) and have yet to receive my full refund as promised. It is now 10th April and I do not have either a phone nor a refund yet. Deal with Frank mobile at your own risk.

Super fast delivery & no fuss ordering. Phone is great value & in great shape - perfect for someone who doesn’t have ooodles of money to spend on a phone, but can still have something really nice & functional!

I'm glad I purchased my S22 Ultra from Frank mobile. Delivery was fast and the phone received was definitely as expected - I ordered a mint condition model and that is exactly what I got!

Happy with the 11 pro I just bougt.
I am not missing the 8 pro plus size. The 11 pro is nice in my hand. The transfer from old to new phone took a bit but was relatively easy. I am happy with the no nonsense attitude of FRANK. I recommend them to my family and friends.
