I ordered 100 ml 24Faubourg EDP by Hermes. It was fake, it didn't even smell like the EDT. I have used this for over 10 years. I know how it smells and how it smells on me.I had tried John Lewis,Selfridges, Harrows, Harvey Nichols. None of them had any in stocks. I phoned Hermes Paris, they said it was out of stock. I thought I was ordering from Fragrantica, my fault there. Don't part with your cash people. If top London department stores in Oxford Street, Kensington and Knightsbridge can't get hold of any and Hermes Paris have said it's out of stock, the chances have to be that it's fake or so far out of date that it's unrecognisable.

Similar to the other reviews, I was a little skeptical of this site initially but after checking on here, decided to place an order. It arrived really quick, was competitively priced compared to other sites, and packaged really well! Will order from Fragranza again.

I was skeptical tbh but I’m super happy now
I was skeptical of this site tbh but I’m very happy to have received my items. They are authentic, the OPI nail varnish I got had the seal on it. All items arrived within a week as promised, and they even fulfilled a last minute shipping request for me after I placed my order. Will definitely be using them again when I catch a good bargain.

You should have tracking confirmation email from us and also from Royal Mail. We cant share the tracking details here but we can send you another email with all tracking details. Royal Mail tracking showing the item is due to delivered on 02/02/2023, also just to let you know we have not received any email from you about your enquiry on our customer support email hello@fragranza.uk, if we would have received it we would have replied back to you. Lastly, we are not scam if we were scam then we wouldn’t have so many out standing reviews.
