Online ordering
Seems like decent prices but once you add taxes and delivery charges, I’m not as sure. I was a little anxious the first time I ordered because I knew nothing of this company.
The website should say right by the fragrance that it is sold out. Many times I went in only to find out that the product wasn’t available. Then it took me back to the very beginning.

Your delivery company man did not buzz…
Your delivery company man did not buzz my apartment to deliver the package, instead he took my items straight to a pickup store just like the last time. In fact when my son went to pickup my stuff, the delivery man was outside yakking on his phone. Just do your Job well plus I paid for home delivery not pickup store.

Mixed experience — communication needs improvement
I’ve placed several orders with FragranceCanada.ca, but unfortunately, my experiences have been mixed.
On one occasion, an item was missing from my order, and getting the issue resolved was unnecessarily complicated. On another occasion, they cancelled an order without providing any explanation.
To their credit, I was always refunded for anything that was cancelled or missing. However, the lack of clear communication with customers has made me stop ordering from them altogether.
At this point, I feel that ordering from them carries too much risk of disappointment, so I prefer to avoid them and shop elsewhere.
