Dreadful Management Service for Maryland A

This is a ongoing Issue - They refuse to respond to emails, which over last 18 months has cost us in fines. They are the management company of the apartment my mother owns, she died in January. This is causing a problem due to a fallen balcony they haven't repaired and also my request for a Badge for entry to the property for my Sales Negotiator and Notaire. Dreadful service. I will be taking this further if they continue to ignore my requests. It is not acceptable.

The MyFoncia site does NOT Google translate ???

It is USELESS to non French speaking people ???

I have highlighted this numerous times to no avail ??

It is Extremely Frustrating to receive information and emails directing you to the site when it is incomrehensible to non French speaking peolpe !!!

Why has it not been remedied ?????

Searching For Reputable Syndique


Primarily, the company has to be interested in the service it is supposed to be supplying.
We have been without a guardian for over a year since the retirement of our last one. We had a very short-term replacement, who complained bitterly that the Syndique was
doing nothing to put the guardian's room into proper repair and would not reimburse him for the money he laid out nor for his guardian's salary. We have been without, since his departure. The shredded curtain
hanging there and signs posted on the door makes it look like a dosshouse. It is shameful that a once-lovely building has come to this. The dog pound is in better repair.

General Communications from Foncia

All my early interactions with Foncia were by written communication. At that time we only visited France from Thursday evening through Sunday evening. During the week we were based in England. Correspondence was posted and often not received until two or three weeks later. Fortunately the development of the online portal, supported by email communication, now enables us to communicate in real time. Indeed as we now average three weeks of six in France the portal is even more important. I would add that the relationship between the President of our Building and Foncia is good and he is able to liaise on our behalf when we are in the UK.
