Unreliable management company
Unreliable management company. Refusal to send plumber to investigate leak affecting 2 apartments. In the past: charged me for repairs that in fact concerned the common areas of the building and should have been attributed to all the owners and not just one. Don't do the work voted in the general assembly without having to be reminded. Let things go until they become urgent .

The company is not working properly
The company is not working properly. Bad costumer service experience (they do not react to the problems of buildings nor answer at all), poor budget management (missing documents and slow actions in solving problems). In conclusion, just to avoid!
