The whole team at Fresh Perspective made the job if recruiting for quite a specific role seem very easy and effortless. They took the time to not only understand our business and the role, but also what we're like as people and the type of environment we have tried to build within the business beyond just the job description. The fact that we ended up recruiting two people when we only initially set out for one appointment tells you all you need to know about the quality of the candidates put forward, which would have only been possible through the hard work the team at FP undertook for us. Fresh Perspective offer a really unique approach to recruitment that I’d never experienced before – and I absolutely loved it.

You don’t just get one person working with you; you get the whole team – and what a team they are! From the onboarding process right through to finding brilliant candidates, they stay in touch, keep you well briefed at every stage and always seem to be one step ahead.

What really sets them apart, though, is how personal the whole experience feels.
