They try to give the impression of being a swiss company. In reality, they are based in England and have no branch in Switzerland (which could also be contacted).
They have an address in Zurich Switserland, I’ve ordered a product for them for Switserland, the product arrived by post, but I had to pay 15% tax to get it …
no warning ⚠️ about tax during the porches of the product… I sent an email to demand clarification, no answer…..
