Lovely local small business, both times parcel has arrived quickly and very securely (even one over the Christmas period!) - items are high quality and owner is kind and quick to respond!

I would be very cautious about ordering from these because if youre item doesnt arrive they will likely expect you to chase the delivery company, expecting you to get compensation from them and not give you a refund. Im not reviewing the nappy. The nappy is great. But the service was absolutely terrible. I paid for 24 hour delivery. I received my order 72hours later. So not second class(48 hours, but 72 hours). Said they would refund the difference between 24 and 48hours which is something like 60p. A massive insult when i had to wait in 3 days for a service i paid them for. Completely against trading standards. Its not the cost but more the principle and self righteous attitude of the company. Told me i had contacted out of hours and will answer another time. Then said when i mentioned bad reviews and citizens advice that i threatened them. Isnt that just my rights. Not a threat. Have dealt with multiple other independent nappy companies. Wouldnt recommend this one.

Claire at Fox&Marsh is extremely helpful. She posted items from the UK to Australia, arranged shipping, and packed them PERFECTLY so nothing was damaged when it arrived. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my baby items!!

Lovely selection of products. I ordered some eco-themed books, which were posted quickly and carefully packaged. Claire is very helpful and great communication if needed.

Amazing customer service !! I needed some training pants and inserts for my daughter in a hurry, not only did Fox and Marsh help work out which products were best for our situation they did so at an ungodly hour on Friday night , and posted straight out for me on the Saturday. Cannot recommend highly enough and will most definitely be using for any future purchase!!

Fox & Marsh have such a wonderful selection of cloth nappies and accessories; I came there to find a specific item and was tempted by so many lovely things that a few others popped into my basket! When I needed to communicate with the company about something, Claire was so friendly and prompt to reply. I have bought cloth nappies from a selection of shops in the past few years, but Fox & Marsh really stood out to me in terms of having a selection of things not available elsewhere and their customer service. I will absolutely go to them first from now on.

I’ve been making purchases from Fox and Marsh for almost 2 years now. There’s a wide range of vegan eco-friendly products and Claire is always great at advising when I’m unsure on what would suit my needs. On one occasion I was sent the wrong product but it was rectified quickly and at no additional cost to myself so I’d say the customer service is exceptional.

Good communication, fast dispatch and response time. They have a decent selection of quality reusable nappies and other eco friendly home items. I've ordered multiple times and will keep going back to purchase more! 👍
