Add value to your next event!

For the past few months, I’ve been working with Fourwave to organize our international conference, and I’ve seen firsthand how easy the platform is to use. I’d also like to acknowledge the invaluable support from customer service, especially Daniel and Jonathan, for their helpfulness in addressing our requests. The customer service is fast, personalized, and pleasant.

Excellent customer experience!

Matthieu and all the staff go out of their way to make sure our events are successful. Everyone's always professional, courteous, and helpful. We've used FourWaves for over 3 years where our use case is not typically event registration but each time we had a unique request, everyone at FourWaves came together to offer a unique solution. We've recently used FourWaves to manage abstract submissions for several events and each one was a smooth experience from end to end. I was recommended to try FourWaves and I have not looked back.

Highly recommend!

We have used Fourwaves to plan our 400 attendee conference this year and we did not regret it! Is it extremely user friendly. The help centre is very descriptive and takes you step-by-step, and the customer service is one of the best I have had, it feels like they are part of your event! Highly recommend using for your next event.

Excellent customer service and a great platform

This is our second year using Fourwaves for our immunotherapy conference, and we’ve had a really positive experience. What stands out most is the customer service. The team is always responsive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed support, they’ve been quick to help. It makes organizing the event much easier.
