Instruction manual

I received the fourfit mini 2 today for my son. there are no instructions at all. How am i supposed to know how to charge it, sync it with my phone and operate the functions?
Should there be an instruction manual, or is there something i can download?

I ordered a watch a week ago

I ordered a watch a week ago. It says that it’s been shipped, but when I go to Royal Mail to track it, it say it’s waiting for the item to get to them... How long will that take? Also, when I went on the site it said order before some hour, I think it was 2-3-4pm, not sure, and you’ll receive the item the next day??

Waiting for watch still...

Waiting for watch still.... Tracking says it has been shipped but royal mail says waiting to receive....

Edit, 4 days later. Still no watch....

Edit, item now received, Royal mail then decide to deliver to wrong address but can't blame fourfit for that. Item seem OK. They had to wait for packaging to come in for items. Fair enough. My suggestion to you is to not send out the Royal mail tracking until the item has left the building, also change your shipping time on the website as this too caused me concerns. But regardless of other bad reviews I have received my watch. They are legit.

Sent the watch back due to getting it late, received my refund. All good.

Faulty watch

I ordered 2 watches, 1 works fine the other is faulty. I have followed all the relevant instructions fourfit sent to me, I sent them a video as evidence the watch is faulty and will not turn on. Since asking for the watch to be replaced they have failed to reply and I am now left with a faulty watch that won't turn on.
**edit, they have now contacted me to arrange a replacement, I will update the review once I receive the replacement **

The watch took longer to arrive but…

The watch took longer to arrive but fourfit refunded the delivery cost and their customer service was fantastic. The watch itself is better than my daughter could have imagined. It's a thumbs up from us.

Very helpful

I ordered the first with my eldest grandson 9yrs and once it arrived I read all the details but being a bit of a technophobe I couldn’t see if it actually told the time! So I emailed you and a prompt reply confirmed this so I ordered a second one for my youngest grandson 7yrs. Perfect for both thank you.

DO NOT ORDER.

Awful company. DO NOT BUY!!
I order a fourfit, never arrived so they sent me out another one. Finally arrived and it didn't work. When I emailed them for a refund they told me I can't get one as I had brought it 30 days ago. Even though I only received the watch 4 days ago. Was told they would fix it.. they haven't replied to any emails since. so I'm left with a broken watch. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Really awful company I wouldn't recommend them at all and the watch was rubbish too. Still awaiting my refund.
