I am the driver of a 17-year-old Mini (a testament to Mini itself), and I have driven past this garage so many times, but it is only now that my car needs some extra tlc. I initially called the Fosse Garage for advice on the boot of my Mini not opening from the outside. David advised that I should be able to open it from the inside and explained how to do this over the phone. He also suggested I call back to speak with Ryan, who better deals with this sort of thing. I did just that, and Ryan suggested I call in to see if he could take a look at the issue. I found Ryan to be very helpful and knowledgeable, and although he wasn't able to fix the main issue there and then because of time constraints, he did manage to fix a couple of minor issues that hadn't worked for a while and gave excellent advice. I am now booked in for repair and already feel I am in safe hands, confident that a good job will be done.

Absolutely brilliant customer service and expert knowledge on minis - do not hesitate to ring up to get your car fixed or purchase a mini from their stock!

Called Fosse Garage as the alternator had gone in the car. It had been recovered to another garage, who had tried to rip me off. I called and spoke to Ryan who immediately questioned the extra work and assured me it was not necessary at all. He was extremely busy but said he would make space for the car. I had it recovered, again this time to Fosse Garage. Work was completed nearly a week early and £400 cheaper than the first garage I went to. I do need some other bits so will using them in the New year and beyond.

Dropped my mini off because a warning appeared on my dashboard saying brake light failure. Ryan called to say I would be charged a one hour fee to sort out the light and I said fine. I was called just before closing to say my car was ready and got a lift to pick it up. I got the key and went to my car which was left parked outside by Ryan and UNLOCKED. My car wouldn’t start so I went back inside and Dave asked me if I had the right key ( his reception gave me the key and yes I can recognise my own key) he came out and said the battery in the key needed replacing and he sorted that out. When I went to drive out the car following me flashed me to say one of my rear light weren’t working. I went back in and Dave and Ryan came out, Ryan told me it would be the bulb and I will be charged for it and had to leave my car as they were closing. I left my car then went back the next day to pick it up, I asked Ryan if it was the bulb and he told me there is no bulb it is an LED, funny he didn’t know that the day before. I told him I really wasn’t happy with the customer service that no one even checked my car to see the light wasn’t working and the fact that he was going to leave my car parked outside overnight UNLOCKED, he didn’t seem the least bit bothered. Dave and Ryan both spoke down to me as if I was just a stupid woman when in fact Ryan showed off his ignorance to a high degree! The best advice I could give anyone is when you drive towards this garage keep driving and go to the real mini garage in Stratford where they know what they are doing and are very courteous! I would NEVER go here again

Wanted a full service & MOT on my Mini. Had to wait 3 weeks before garage could accommodate. On the day I had a call to say car passed MOT (done elsewhere) in the morning but due to not being able to get the rear wheels of my car they couldn't carry out the service I'd booked in for! Since when did an engine service involve the rear wheels coming off? Filter changes? Spark plugs? Fluid changes? Basically the mechanic couldn't be bothered to do the service and this was their excuse! I've worked in garage service depts so I have some idea of what's involved. Mechanic also couldn't be bothered to hang around when I picked the car up to explain what had not happened, what a surprise.
My second experience of a garage in the area not wanting basic repair work.
Very poor experience.

Dave and Ryan are very helpful, knowledgeable and sorted out my Mini after the dealership misdiagnosed a rattling noise and tried to charge me fortune to fix it. Fosse garage immediately diagnosed the real problem and fixed it at a fair price. The car runs perfectly now. I will be bringing my car here from now onwards and will be avoiding the main dealership.

Recently bought a secondhand Mini convertible from Fosse Garage.
Very impressed with the whole experience and very satisfied with the car. Came serviced and with MOT advisories all dealt with.
First class and have pleasure in recommending the owner Dave as a mini expert.
