Thought I’d share my experience after seeing a lot of negative reviews. I was the same as everyone else having issues withdrawing. First two attempts said rejected and they want proof of passport etc (which is fair enough as nearly every gambling site asks for this) I sent it over and it then said accepted. I went on the chat and asked when I’d get my money and was told it sometimes takes a few hours but can take a few days. As I was hesitant I went back on the chat the day after and was told 5-7 days which made me even more concerned. I did then get my money after about 2 days. Withdrew 483 euros and got paid £433 which I was quite pleased with. I’m from Newcastle UK this is a genuine review not working for the casino. I reckon people who have used this site are like me who have gamstop and have gambling issues. Avoid this site as I’m still feel i got lucky

I had read so many bad reviews about…
I had read so many bad reviews about this casino. I thought it only fair to share my experience. The games are fantastic and I won on my first visit. I would like everyone to know to please be patient when withdrawing your funds as it does take 36 hours and like all casinos you do need to sent photographic Identification along with proof of address, the payments department are very helpful and let you know what’s happening with your funds and you do receive them. I’ve played on this site and I have to say that seeing these bad reviews made me abit scared to play here but I did.
I won and my withdrawal was declined at first but this was due to some ID verification after a few attempts of sending everything in and they were satisfied I was a genuine person.
I got paid ! So I can’t write a bad review if I’ve had money paid so thumbs up !
