Do not register or deposit with these…

Do not register or deposit with these SCAMMERS... They have stolen £800 from me and my partner. My bank are currently dealing with it and I will probably get my money back, but please if you're reading this, STAY WELL AWAY. They're NOT registered or licensed to advertise or allow UK citizens to use their platform. If you have been scammed by them or deposited, report them to the UK gambling commission and they'll email you with information for your bank so you can obtain a chargeback, you'll also need to report them to action fraud and receive a crime reference number, but once you have them, contact your bank and send them the email from the gambling commission, crime reference number too, and you will be eligible for a chargeback under Goods and services not as described. I hope this helps!

Scam!!!

Hey I signed up here and used the bonus anyway when I had the bonus I tried to withdraw and they said you can't withdraw until you gamble for over 7000 euros so here and there I did gamble and ended the bonus and then my balance was 1300 and they said it's my money now so I kept try to withdraw didn't work because they were asking for some proof of ID so by the time my account was on 1800 euros so I tried to withdraw that money but suddenly theynsaid I did make some bets against there bonus rules! Now telling me I did violated and I got all the proof they said it's my money when I complete 100% bonus it's different with the bonus anyway now they are refusing to pay me my 1800 euros! Unbelievable!!!

This site is a total scam

This site is a total scam. Do not use it and do not believe anyone who says they’ve had their money back.

Happy to take money but do not return it EVER!

As others have said you’ll also start to notice small withdrawal attempts from your card which fortunately my bank stopped and I then changed my card.

These guys are ripping people off.

Please do not use them!

I signed up before I read the reviews

I signed up before I read the reviews. . I have just received payment after 6 weeks of back and forward. First kept sending pic of card only to receive email saying they couldn't read it. Eventually got verified then couldn't pay into my card. Next use perfect money, more verification. The then sent it to changer4u. Another 8 days. Finally got paid but only 78% of winnings once perfect money take their fee, then changer4ù take their fee, then the exchange rate.
I wasnt expecting to get any money at all so was surprised when it went into my account.
Please persevere if you have winnings to collect.

However, this hasn’t stopped some entities from sneaking into the country, and this is where the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) comes in. The government-led body continues to find and stop offenders, and has just netted two more victims. Users of Fortune Clock Casino and Dinkum pokies need to withdrawal their funds as soon as possible, or risk losing their money permanently.

Untrustworthy casino

Untrustworthy casino, its been over 2 months now since they have said they are reviewing my refund request. They are transacting with consumers from restricted territories. If you have had any issues please report them to Jos Leppers at Curacao Gaming Control Board and not Curacao E-Gaming

Agree with all the bad reviews…

Agree with all the bad reviews something doesn’t sit right , game play is fine and I would say fair but in terms of making a withdrawal it doesn’t look right , tried to make a withdrawal on €400 after winning €1400 . When I tried to do it I was informed I would need to make one more deposit before this would be possible ? Never heard of anything like this in all the years I have been gambling . Feel like it is a big con

Stay away

Stay away! They used my card details to fraudulently buy clothes and other things. Luckily managed to notice in time and will get the money back. Don’t trust a site that has individuals do bank transfers when you withdraw. Unsafe is an understatement!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!

AVOID. Reviews are accurate.

I signed up with a brand new debit card. Fraud 2 days later up to £188. No other transactions except for this site. Tests my theory...
New card arrives.
Second attempt of fraud for £0.10 almost testing how much money I have in my account.
Blocked card.
New card arrives, not used it for fortune but have elsewhere = 0 fraud.
Account blocked/closed and excluded.

You really have been warned. Do not give these ***** your details!

Best Regards
Mr Test the Theory.

She's a shocker

Awful. I made deposit of 20 euros and received a bonus. I completed the wagering and at the time was Delighted to have a balance of 400 euros. I decided to cash out. It wasn't much hassle to get my account verified either. However after passing the verification and my withdrawal showing as approved, I received an email from fortune clock payment team. It stated they were unable to make the payment to the card I made the Deposit with(visa debt). I have never heard anything like it. They then suggested using a different method to withdraw such as a different bank card or prefect money. I only have the one bank card so perfect money seemed the only option.
I signed up to perfect money, this needed to be verified as well, this took another 4 days. Once it was verified I had to send fortune clock more documentation of my prefect money account. This took a further 2 days. The documents passed so I could now withdraw the money from fortune clock. Other 2 days to reach my prefect money account.
Perfect money - after withdrawing via wire transfer it took 10 days until I recieved it my account. The best part of this.... Prefect money and an exchanger take a cut from the monies. I ended up with 209 pound from a 400 euro withdrawal. 400 euro its roughly around 360 in pounds give or take. So overall it took over 3 weeks to receive the funds, many emails and a loss of 150 pounds from my withdrawal.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to me when…

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to me when I say avoid this site, withdrawals are near impossible and most uk bank accounts will not accept money from wherever they are sending it from, even when you find a bank that will accept the site requires a stupid amount of document, personally I think they use the site to steal people's identity as they are clearly con men this site knows no limits to the amount of money it will take from you without paying out. Something needs to be done about sites like this.

Happy with Fortune Clock

Have been reading many reviews and felt compelled to speak up about fortune clock. I signed up several months ago and having lost I did the usual of adding deposits (via Visa card) and eventually won approx €980. Decided to withdraw some winnings and was emailing back and forth for about 10 days confirming documents etc and tbh was thinking I wouldn't get paid.

All my withdrawals were getting declined but eventually they got approved and the money appeared on my card with 18 hrs.

Oh and since then i have been paid out a further 3 wihdrawals without issue.
