Had work done with these back a month ago and would definitely 100% recommend.. from the guy who knocked my door offering me a quote to the lads who completed the work, very friendly, professional and didn't feel pressured into anything.

Brought a new front door, no problems from beginning to end, the job was done properly and professionally. I'll probably be back for windows as the need arises, assuming they keep to the same high standard of work.

Had some windows replaced by Fortuna and they did a fantastic job and a very competitive price. Would highly recommend

Had x3 bedroom windows replaced in June 2023 whilst my husband was undergoing chemotherapy for leukaemia. Their sales flyer quotes an invitation to treat by offering a sum against old windows however no figure for this is quoted in the contract paperwork which is against trading standards regulations. Having since obtained two alternative reputable quotes which are a lot lower, I can see that the flyer is a selling gimmick and their price for the work is inflated. The window frames had damage on all of them, the glass was scratched, the overboarding of my existing window boards was poorly done, the windows are finished differently in the bedrooms, 6 months on from installation and there is now misting between the panes of glass. I agreed that Fortuna could come back a second time as it was their decision to replace all x3 windows in September 2023 which was at the end of my husband’s treatment however the first window frame I inspected was damaged so I sent them away and requested the return of my deposit. There is also a question-mark over whether my trickle vents are the sufficient mm2 EA per bedroom to comply with building regs that changed in June 2022 however Fortuna would not respond to my query. They went silent on me and then threatened to issue debt recovery proceedings against me for the balance payment so I involved an ADR who appeared to be biased in their favour. I was being encouraged to make the balance payment so that they could return a third time but I held out and thankful that I did as they then went into administration, although from continuing reviews on here it appears that they are still undertaking work??

All dealings with the company were good.
Jack and Chris did a fantastic job on the installation.
Nearly 3weeks after the job was complete there have been no issues at all with the quality of the job

missed 2 appointments due to in-business problems - two worker here 06/12 - excellent work and completed refit of 7 UPVC windows in one day. Good work, windows and rest. Workers cleaned up/removed most mess and were polite and friendly.

The team of 3 arrived promptly and worked continuously until they had removed the old and replaced with 8 new windows. They were cheerful,courteous and polite and worked in an extremely clean manner the entire day.
The windows looked lovely when the job was finished but we did experience a minor problem with one interior window surround. Once we informed the office, it was very quickly and efficiently remedied.

Two bedroom windows replaced. James the fitter was on time and was polite and got on with the job. He explained things to me as and when it was needed. He tidied up afterwards and the new windows look amazing well done James

Just had our windows and doors installed by Fortuna, really happy with result, Pete the sales surveyor was really helpful and Miss Dean in the office has made this whole experience, she has been there from designing our front and taking us through every option, to organising the fit and signing off the job. Customer service fantastic and fitters great, will be returning with next project and highly recommend !

Fortuna installed new double glazing windows and doors on the ground floor of our property. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard by the installation team. The team completed the work as planned within the estimated period of 1 day.

A driveway costing £17,500 was laid in 2020, lost its colour, rejuvinator was used and it lost its colour again. The driveway was taken up in September 2023 and I have been phoning and emailing but no response. I was told to speak to Lewis and he advised me he does not work for the company anymore but have now found out the company has gone into liquidation. Phoned today and they did not want to comment regarding liquidation and was told I would be contacted !!!!!!!!!!!!! Its been three years
