All I can say is the work that was carried out was first rate. The father and son team that constructed our porch got stuck in and did a fantastic job, and tidied up the whole area before they left. My wife and I are so pleased with the quality of the work carried out we would highly recommend Fortuna to others.

Fortuna were simply outstanding in their customer care and support. The fitters went above and beyond with their level and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble.
To say that we are delighted with the end result is an understatement.
In fact my other half got the fitters a few slabs of beer ( and he’s from Yorkshire)
We cannot thank Fortuna enough.

Our windows came earlier than expected. The 8 replacement windows were estimated to take 2 days but 6 fitters turned up and it was completed within 5 hours. Very efficient and clean job. We were thoroughly pleased with the result.

Was looking to update the old tiles on our dormer with cladding, to match the rest of our decor, also we had a small leak that we suspected was getting in through the tiles somewhere, so killed 2 birds with one stone, the guys that did the cladding were excellent, found the problem, and the finished product looks excellent, very happy, including the cost, would recommend.

Three casement windows installed. Extremely pleased with the look and finishing touches applied to the units which were efficiently fitted by James and Callum. Thermal performance thus far appears to be excellent and has eliminated a condensation problem which occurred with pre existing units.
In essence, a project smoothly and satisfactorily completed.

fantastic service when fitting our Bi-Fold doors!!! Turned up on time, put down all protective covers both inside and out and kept everything as clean as possible. They went above and beyond to make sure the fit, look and finish was beyond satisfaction

What an amazing experience, the people dealing with it where absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful told me step by step what they would be doing and put me right at ease ,They removed all the old wood and replaced with UPVC it looked fantastic, just what I wanted and more! Amazing value for money I can’t thank you enough.
