I will never forget this account that was unfairly closed. It caused me a lot of stress, hardship, and wasted time. Not only did you close my account, but my username and password were also removed. I believe the Risk Department is acting unfairly. We may have to resolve this through legal action. I am very disappointed and have lost trust in this company. I passed the evaluation and received approval for a funded account. After submitting a reward request of $1,611.72, the company rejected the payout and terminated my account, citing HFT violations.

According to their email, 20 trades (11.43% of my trades) were held for less than 5 seconds. I have requested detailed evidence, including the specific trades involved and the contractual basis for the termination.

My concern is that the account was terminated immediately rather than receiving a warning or an opportunity to address the issue.

I encourage prospective traders to carefully review the firm's prohibited trading practices and payout rules before purchasing an account.

This review reflects my personal experience.

My trading is based on indexes and most entries are made on LTF (1-5 min). ForTraders doesn't offer the best conditions for this type of trading... I'd even say bad ones.
Very low leverage for indices, combined with the 40% margin rule, often prevents me from trading with even a 1% risk on my assets and minute-long entries.... Often, 0.5% is the maximum risk I can take without breaking the 40% rule. Another cons is the high spreads during the Frankfurt session and during the p.m. session for GER40. I also encountered some serious squeezes: I was squeezed two days in a row: one time the stop was 4 times higher than my risk, the next day the stop was 2 times higher than my initial risk.
After these situations, I had no desire to trade this prop. I used it for experiments, but not for my normal trading.

Email support is very responsive. The representative noel is kind and helpful to sort out the problems and resolve them.

Customer support is actively consistent and top notch, toni helped me with my issues within 30 minutes. That's more than i can say for the average customer support for most applications.

Since I work a lot, I didn't have a lot of time to trade, so my account got closed. When I got in contact with support, I received a very positive and understanding POV from Pavel Jilek. He opened my account again, and without any problems I could continue trading.
