Vorsicht Scam Unternehmen

9Vorsicht Scam Unternehmen! Beware, this company is looking for false reasons to withhold payments! They claim to be trading with multiple IP addresses! But if you're trading over Wi-Fi, you can't track your IP address with others!

I will not change my rating; on the contrary, if I could, I would rate you even worse! You refused my girlfriend's withdrawal, deleted and blocked her account, and accused her of trading multiple times simultaneously using her IP address! How is that even possible when she's alone on the Wi-Fi network?! She also complained about you on Trustpilot! In Spanish, even though she's German, you scammers contacted her, and there too, the answer was that she should contact support! And where is your scam support? Nobody has responded! I'd love to create 100 Trustpilot accounts and report you all.

I breached the 30 day inactive rule by…

I breached the 30 day inactive rule by a few days. This was completely unintentional and i realized my mistake about one week after the breach. Upon realising this mistake, I immediately contacted online agent and asked for a special dispensation to re-activate my account. To my surprise the online agent took upon himself to make an exeption in my case to allow me to contInue with my account. This very considerate act by For Traders SImply shows how fair and onsiderate For Traders are. I also wish to express my deep appreciation to online agent Pavel for his prompt and very helpful actions in assisting me. What a great effort on the part of For Traders and agent Pavel>

ForTrader has good support…

ForTrader has good support representatives, especially Pavel. I had issues with regards to my account verification when my ID was still pending but he was able to help out. He has good keen insights!

I would strongly suggest removing Pavel…
I would strongly suggest removing Pavel from the Fortrades support team.

I had a simple issue that he was unable to help resolve. During a prediction market tournament, I was ranked #2 under the username "fx" and won a $100,000 account. However, two weeks into the tournament, my account was hacked.

I simply requested that my reward be transferred to my new account, but this was not done. Later, I asked support to send me a new verification link because the original one had expired. Instead of helping, Pavel responded with:

"Fx, we have already discussed this many times and told you we won't be assisting."

This response made no sense because I was only asking for a new verification link.

After I expressed my frustration, Pavel threatened to disable my account. He then disabled it, which resulted in me losing access to my $100,000 reward.

This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I believe support staff should focus on helping customers resolve issues rather than dismissing their concerns. I would appreciate a review of this situation and Pavel's conduct.
