Pleasantly surprised
What I liked about going to Urban mattress was I walked an the sales clerk did not confront me as soon as I walked in the door he let me browse a little then he came up and asked if he could help. He was very helpful and I appreciated it and it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

Exceptional Experience
Urban Mattress sales associates are very knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Our experience in choosing a mattress was easy and came with zero pressure to buy. Urban Mattress sales is not commission based which makes the environment so much more comfortable. Delivery of our mattress came within 6 days of ordering. I highly recommend Urban Mattress!

Impeccable Customer Service!
The owner and staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating! I have been at my wits end with finding a comfortable mattress. I am currently testing out a mattress and will learn more these next days, weeks and months if this is THE ONE, but the customer service is impeccable.
