I had a great experience with Mark, our salesperson. My main issue now is that I was ignorant about out-gassing. I really should have kept my old mattress to sleep on until the new one was fit to sleep on. So, I put clean bedding on the new mattress and woke up with a bad headache and my body and bedding smelling badly. It took me 3 washings and using baking soda (learned that online) to finally be able to use the bedding. I still can't sleep on the bed and have the bedroom windows open all day. Thankfully I had a 2nd bed to sleep on, I would suggest that the salesperson have a written sheet given to the customer outlining these issues and also have them for the delivery team to give to the customer. I wish I had been better informed.

This store has great non toxic mattresses which is very important to me! The staff care about getting you the right bed not just selling you something. The staff are very polite and don’t pressure you. I highly recommend this store and Jordan is an absolute pleasure to work with!! I will be buying more beds from them😊

Joel was fantastic and made a slightly overwhelming experience really easy for us. We loved every mattress we tried, and found a perfect one for us! It was delivered within a few days and that was fantastic too! We even went back a few days later and bought 2 pillow-we also love them!! Thank you!!

Mark and his team go above and beyond excellence in customer service. The mattresses are all excellent quality with a lot of interesting diversity (different materials and price points). We spent hours learning and trying out mattresses in the store, and we love the one we bought. There is a generous 100 day trial period and fantastic follow through from the team post purchase. We're a lifetime customer!
