Great products and fast shipping
Easy to use website, clear and simple to understand. Shipping of my product came fast, though I received the wrong type of oil - a mix-up with the flavours, if you will. The product itself was as described, but a bit pricey for the average Joe. A good purchase overall!

Almost perfect
My package was delivered quick. But I chose deliverence at my address. I was told that this could not be done. So I took the tube to pick up my package. I do not know why my package could not be delivered to my address. Could it be because my address has a norwegian Å letter?

In your case, our shipping partner tried to deliver when you were not at home. If that happens, they bring the parcel to the nearest by UPS pick up point. Our apologies if this caused inconvenience.

Good product, but on the weaker side. Orange taste was not nice, so I will go for natural next time.

Great Product
Great Product! Our daughter is finally pain free and can participate in school and activities. Delivery was slow and not as promised. It took 3 days more than expected. Still we are more than happy and the service from Swiss has been excellent👍

Delivery service a complete shambles!
Product very good but delivery service very bad and customer service at Formula Swiss unhelpful.
All emails said was “we thank you for your patience”.. my patience ran out after waiting in twice for a delivery that didn’t arrive and no communication to state that the dates and times given would be changed.
The delivery UPS company is letting Formula Swiss down as I will think twice about ordering again from them not due to their product but their incompetent delivery service and uninterested customer service who asked me to go to my local UPS company and give them an EOPI number. I stated I didn’t fill in the paperwork and didn’t know what that was and as I had ordered before and never had as many issues I didn’t I have to do that.
I stated that I ordered on 22nd May and it states parcel would take 3-5 days track and trace and I eventually received the package on 4th June (it took 13 days and a lot of correspondence and plans for someone to be in to receive it) after numerous emails back and forth to customer service.
I also tried several times to contact UPS and signed up for them to alert me to any changes or glitches with my parcel delivery and received nothing from them. I also messaged them through their instant messaging service on the tracking page when my parcel did not arrive twice. The message stated someone would be in touch.. they didn’t contact me.
Several emails went back and forth to Helena and I from Formula Swiss.
UPS then sent me an email stating my parcel would be deliver the next day.. it didn’t arrive on the date they gave me, it arrived that evening and luckily someone was home.
I am not impressed by the delivery or the support.
As stated before.. product great.
I notice you said it’s review number 2.. it is, only because I received an email from you asking me to review the service.
This is an honest review.
