Don’t Trust These Fake Reviews He Got
I hired this freelancer to register an LLC in the USA, and it was an absolute disaster. He made a critical mistake by writing "Mr" as my first name and my actual first name as the second name on every document. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially for something as important as company registration.
The freelancer clearly has no knowledge of the process and has demonstrated complete unprofessionalism. What’s worse is that he has numerous fake reviews on Trustpilot, which misled me into thinking he was capable and reliable. I ended up wasting ₹30,000 on him.
I should have hired a professional CPA or attorney instead of wasting your time and money with this unprofessional freelancer.

Tousif and his team well deserve to be the first choice if you are thinking to form an LLC in US. I got my LLC done in 4 days and go any EIN in 10 days. Also, as a genuince merchant they filed BOI report on my behalf. Now I have one point in contact if in future also i need to open any LLC or C-corp and having any query related to these.
They not only become the first choice for their services but also the charges they take are quite minimal as compared to the un-authorized dealers in the market.

Guys don’t go on the these reviews. I’ll tell you my personal experience and have screenshots. They formed LLC fast enough that’s true but I was promised assistance opening a bank account which I didn’t get. They’ll barely reply to you after pleading and that too even cold replies. And finally the guy misbehaved and I didn’t get my mercury account as some other services told me FormLLC registered agent address doesn't work for that. I paid 6k to other to open mercury account and he told me there’s some problem with the LLC opening.
Stay away from this scam. I've lost my money and this agent will leave you hugh and dry.

Banks have their own policies when evaluating businesses, especially those involved in industries like gaming, even at the creation stage. Unfortunately, they may decline to provide services for such businesses. We want to emphasize that we never guarantee the opening of a bank account. We only offer guidance, which we provided to you. It seems there was a misunderstanding, as we do not handle the actual account opening on behalf of clients.
Regarding our communication, we acknowledge that some of your messages were sent at night. Our clients come from various countries, including India, the UAE, and Pakistan, but we operate according to Indian business hours. This may have caused delays in responses during the night, but we always strive to reply as soon as we are back in the office. While we understand you were expecting night-time communication, we maintain that we do not offer this service, and this was communicated clearly.
As for your concern about timing, we delivered everything within the agreed timeframe. It’s important to note that weekends and federal holidays are not counted in the timeline. Comparing our services to others, like Doola, we stand by our efficiency. For example, obtaining an EIN through competitors often takes up to three months, while we delivered yours within two weeks.
To provide further context, you made the payment for your Wyoming LLC (VELOCE MODA APPAREL LLC) on August 8, 2024, at 1 p.m., and the company was registered by 4 p.m. the same day. The EIN was delivered on August 16. These details are publicly available on government websites for verification.
Regarding the competitor who charged you 6,000 INR, it’s common for competitors to place blame elsewhere when things don’t work out. If there had been an issue with your LLC registration, they wouldn’t have charged you. It appears they were unable to resolve the bank account issue and redirected the blame.
In closing, I’d like to reiterate that our package does not include a guaranteed bank account, as that is beyond our control. Our focus is on delivering LLC registration services efficiently, which we did in your case.
