My Negative experience with Form LLC started off…
My experience with Form LLC started off well, but unfortunately, it deteriorated significantly when it came to the annual filing process. Despite asking multiple times for a clear breakdown of the total costs, the service charges were consistently withheld or vaguely addressed.
After agreeing to proceed, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $65, which was later explained as a "service charge." When I raised concerns about the lack of prior communication regarding this fee, the only response I received was an apology and a statement that "these are our costs." There was no accountability for the miscommunication or any attempt to resolve the issue fairly.
Transparency and honesty are critical in any business relationship. The lack of both in this case, combined with the dismissive attitude toward a valid concern, was disappointing. Being requested to pay undisclosed fees after repeated inquiries is not acceptable.
The one star is solely for their timely responses. I would not recommend Form LLC to any business owner who values trust, transparency, and ethical service.

We would like to clarify that the charges you were billed are the same standard fees we charge to all of our clients for annual report filing. The total amount was $150, which already included:
• The State Government Fee
• The Registered Agent Fee
• Our Service Charges
We believe this is a fair and transparent price for the complete process.
However, if you feel this is not competitive, we would genuinely appreciate it if you could share details of any other provider offering the same service at a lower price point. We are always open to learning and improving, but we assure you that our pricing is consistent and fair for everyone.
At FormLLC, we value trust, transparency, and ethical service, and we regret that you felt otherwise in this instance.

Our startup is proudly bootstrapped and has grown only because of the trust and satisfaction of clients worldwide and it shows your mentality against any state, we have stopped working with neighbor country due to border tension but still it shows your mentality.
