This is the most appauling delivery service I have ever experienced. I was given a 4 hour delivery window which I arranged to be home for. The item was not delivered during that window and was left put in the middle of my road (see photo). I only realised the pile of wood in the middle of the road was in fact my order when I got an email to say it had been delivered. There was no attempt to knock on my door. I have no way of knowing if all the components are here or some are missing. This was an expensive item and I am utterly shocked it has just been left in the middle of the road.

I'd like to thank my driver royt for his great communication and helpfullness, he was our driver who brought our expensive fence panels today he was great 👍 however the panels were mostly crap and rejects qc stickers on pointing out faults yet sent to customers. so royt 10/10 as for the product 1/10

Great delivery from Phil.s. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was happy for him just to leave the posts on the drive but he insisted on carrying them up the steps and through to our back garden. Wouldn't hesitate from ordering from them again.

Had the parts of our summer house delivered this afternoon by Mark and Daz. Very helpful and polite. Unloaded items carefully and made sure they were secure. A1 service from these 2, they are a credit to your company.
The tracking app was good too.

Very pleased with the delivery service. Date chosen at checkout & communication has been great .E-mail to confirm delivery window & updated to say Andy L was on his way with the tracking info so we knew exactly when he would arrive.

Penko & Ed were so helpfull in delivering our trellis panel today. It was no trouble for them to leave the panel in our garden off the street. They were very polite and friendly. I wish all delivery companies were the same!!

Excellent service from my delivery driver, Roy T, who delivered fence panels into back garden (and even warned me about staples on the tickets on panels) - very cheery and friendly. Tracking not so great, as according to that delivery was still on dual carriageway a few miles away, even after he'd delivered!! :-D not an issue as I was home all day ... Great delivery & driver

Andy L was lovely, polite and unloaded the shed carefully. Brilliant driver and delivery. :-)

The delivery was arranged around me, so that was very helpful. The delivery druver, Garry T, was friendly and courteous and put the items where we agreed. He talked me through what I had had delivered, where the fixing kits and instructions are, and gave me the information to call the company if there were any issues.

Brian Coleman was really helpful, quickly and efficiently loaded the collection and delivery.

Excellent product. Delivery early in the morning so gave us the whole day to erect the shed. Very helpful drive Roy T who called to confirm delivery time. He explained the different sections of the shed and gave some helpful tips on how to erect it.
Very pleased with the shed which is of a very high quality. Would recommend this company.

Terrible product. The wood is all warped and bent, the felt had a hole in it. Really not worth the money I paid. The brackets don’t line up properly to the screws and the doors are twisted. Has been a total nightmare to put up. One of the wood panels was snapped and the main side panels have huge gaps where the panels have slipped and not been secured. Really poor quality

Jay Wood delivered and was great. Not built shed yet.
