We ordered a 6x8 4Life Apex Shed with double doors from Forest Garden via my catalogue JD Williams. We were immediately contacted by Forest Garden with detailed instructions and component list for the particular modular shed we had bought which was fantastic as sometimes shed instructions can be quite generic. We were given a super quick delivery date and on the day could track the driver and get ready for it. The driver Andy L couldn't have been more helpful, he popped it exactly where we wanted it and was so friendly. Absolutely blown away by the entire process, five stars for customer service and delivery. Shed is being built as I type this!

Disappointed with quality of the arbour, rough wood with no weather protection and delivered damaged at one corner of the side panel. It was delivered unpackaged, just left in a side passage as a pile of wood. No instructions or paperwork.
However, customer service was good and it was collected on time by Brian Coleman. Waiting for refund.

Our delivery arrived spot on time. I was delighted with the quality of my fence panels. Phil.S was the most helpful and courteous driver I have met in a long time. Excellent customer service. We would definitely order from Forest garden again .

Excellent service, full tracking on estimated delivery time, map to see where my driver was and on arrival Phil the driver was very courteous and helpful in stacking my panels.

Ordered via B &Q a pergola. The delivery man was lovely but on checking the wood the main piece was split and unusable , how it got past quality control I have no idea and the person needs to get their eyes checked. Whilst a replacement piece has been ordered I’m still waiting and the person doing my garden is not now available to put up when it eventually does arrive so not sure what I’m supposed to do now . Very disappointing

Had a shed delivered this morning by such a wonderful young man called Ryan Bishop. He was polite courteous and helpful. Such a credit to your company.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Forest Garden. From start to finish, everything was absolutely first class.

Unfortunately, my road was closed for resurfacing on the day of delivery, meaning there was no vehicle access to my property. I called the office, and Tracy was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged for the delivery drivers to call me in advance so I could meet them on the main road instead. It was such a simple solution, but it made all the difference.

The delivery drivers, Penko and Ed, were fantastic. They met me exactly where we had agreed, and Penko very kindly carried the trellis all the way to my property. That level of customer service and willingness to help really went above and beyond.

The trellis itself is spot on—excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for.
