Foresmart is a good company to manage all transport out of China
Our company buys several parts from China to be assembled in Malaysia where the metal parts are produced.
In the start I arranged all transports per supplier myself. That cost me lots of reading and writing messages and time. Than a Dutch friend adviced me to contact Sunshine from a forwarding company. So I did.
Sunshine now arranges all transports from China to Malaysia or the Netherlands. She contacts my suppliers and manages transportations much better and cheaper than I could have done. Sunshine is proactive, always 'on' and gets things done. she works for Foresmart.com. A smart company.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding that may have been caused. However, we believe it is essential to clarify the situation to ensure a fair representation of the circumstances.
In July, we helped you ship a 20GP and 4.916CBM LCL cargo to Fos port in France. The time of arrival is August 3rd. When the goods were about to arrive at the port, we asked you to pay the freight. You said you have a financial hard time, asked us to release the goods to you first, and assured us that you would pay us on August 10th. Considering that you still have another DG container that needs to transport on July 28, we agreed to your request for delivery and delivered the goods even though the bill had not been settled. But on August 10th, you did not pay within the agreed time.
The latest shipment of the DG container departed the port from China and arrived in Rotterdam, Netherlands on July 28th. Before the arrival of the goods at the port, we once again requested you to pay the freight, informed you that there would be demurrage charges if you did not pay on time, and truthfully told you the consequences and additional charges if you failed to pay on time. During this period, we did not concealed any charges. On August 26th, when the DG container arrived at the port, you applied to us to release the goods again. But you didn't pay the freight.
A 20GP and 4.916CBM LCL shipped to Fos, France, and a DG container shipped to Rotterdam, Netherlands. The total freight for these three shipments is USD 14,033. We apologize that we can't release the last container to you without paying the freight. We hope you can understand.
On September 14th, you paid all the freight and we released the goods immediately.
We understand the importance of transparency in matters such as these. Our commitment to professional and transparent communication is unwavering and we always strive to provide the best possible service to our valued clients. I decided to trust Trust Pilot and the reviews on Alibaba and boy am I glad I did. As a first time purchaser of large goods that needed freighting from multiple vendors in China to Australia I was so lucky to have Doris Xiao by my side.
She kept me updated and responded promptly to all queries leaving me feeling assured. She also advised me of best practise logistically to get the cargo safely to my destination port which helped save time and money.
