Dreadful service. Was told 2-4 business days, finally arrived after 2 weeks. Very poor customer service, ignored my email enquiries. Won’t use again

My order did not arrive and despite sending 2 e mails asking for update I have heard nothing to date. There is no phone number to contact company which would be useful for customer services provision.

My very favourite sandals at a very reasonable price.
Good all round service, I would use this company again.

I'm still waiting on my shoes, going on 3 weeks now. I've sent countless emails and no replies to any of them as of yet!

Please ensure that address details for delivery are accurate and complete at the outset. There was no one to speak with to correct mistakes in the delivery address or to reassure me that the necessary changes had been made.

This order has not arrived. I was advised by email the order had been received 12/6 and was on its way 13/6.

Good selection and easy to order but delivery took quite a long time

I need to return one pair of shoes. You’re asked to email customer services to arrange. I have done so twice with no response.
Delivery was slow.

I have used footwear4you before with no problems but this time I ordered shoes in a size 6 a size 5.5 arrived , I have sent 3 emails with no response, it’s very frustrating not having a telephone number to speak to a customer service person The last email I asked to do a return for refund still no response, I’m at a loss where to go next , probably my credit card to get them to sort it and refund me

Delivery did not arrive as scheduled. There was no notification of re-delivery date. I had to search to find a way to request this and I am still waiting for the parcel.
