I had a $250 credit at this store in…

I had a $250 credit at this store in Mesa Arizona that they wouldn’t refund me but promised me that the credit would be there forever and would be filed under my email address and available for me to use at any time. When I went to the store to use this credit I was told that Foot Solutions had changed from private ownership to corporate ownership and of course my credit that was supposed to have been kept on file forever has disappeared. I spoke to someone at the corporate office by the name of Kathy McGowan who promised she would honor my credit but after several emails back-and-forth she is disappeared and stopped responding. I find this to be quite a scam!!! If there was a change from private ownership to corporate ownership then the original owner should’ve declared all of their accounts payable and receivables to the corporation so that that credit was still in place but it appears the original owner must’ve been a very dishonest person

I wish I had read the many horror…

I wish I had read the many horror reviews regarding Foot Solutions Ingram Street Glasgow.
I would never have entered the shop. The shoes cost 225 pounds and I have never worn such uncomfortable painful shoes following the purchase.
I contacted the store and I would advise customers to the claims made on their website did not materialise. DO NOT ENTER THE STORE SHOP ELSEWHERE I contacted another Foot Solutions Store and they were very helpful....they told me the behaviour of the manager and staff is LEGENDARY ....a shop of horrors!!!!

Second Visit, great result on both occasions

I was in Foot Solutions Cork two weeks ago and I purchased Joya shoes and Bauerfeind insert soles.
This was my second time buying shoes for work from Foot Solutions Cork.
On both occasions I was served by Mary Nolan.
I’m on my feet for work 8 hours per day as I work in hospitality. I am tall and weigh about 95kgs therefore I need supporting, durable, comfortable shoes.
On both occasions I found Mary to helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
The solution Mary provided me two weeks ago is now well tested, so much so I am now confident I will get through the busy Christmas business campaign on my feet.
I would most definitely recommend Foot Solutions Cork to a friend.

I honestly don’t think the staff are…

I honestly don’t think the staff are qualified to diagnose foot problems. I was told my arches had collapsed , spent €350 on insoles that were custom made , when I brought them back saying they were not right they were able to change them in 5 minutes in the back without me even trying h them on or looking at my feet, how is this custom made ? I went to a physio / chiropractor afterwards who told me I didn’t have collapsed arches but arthritis in my toes that I could work on without orthodontics. Go to a qualified foot specialist or physio and do not waste your money here.

Extremely obnoxious man.

My sister recommended FS for comfy shoes. She stays in Galway, Ireland, at gets her shoes there without an appointment. I went and purchased 3 pairs from a very nice female assistant. When she was back over we decided to shop for another couple of items. How wrong could we be. We rang the bell to be treated by a grumpy, obnoxious, rude person. He would not let us in, wouldn't let us explain we had purchased before, don't need an appointment in Ireland. He told us to go away and closed the door. He was even sarcastic telling us to Have a Nice Day. I felt sorry for the staff who has to work with him. I have never known a shoe shop that you need an appointment especially in Glasgow. The date is approx.

Do not trust this shop with personal information

After raising a complaint about a faulty shoe and rude treatment by staff, the owner has publicly responded on Google with personal details about my purchase. The shop presents itself as dealing with medical conditions, then feels it acceptable to betray confidences online. Do not trust this shop with personal information.

Avoid this shop and manageress at all costs nearly £200 down the drain and no sympathy at all

It has taken me two months to calm down after my experience with the manageress of the shop in Ingram Street in November 2023. I bought my second pair of shoes there as back up to a pair I bought a year before.

On getting home I put the shoes on a couple of times to break them in, but immediately felt pain in both feet and toes.

I revisited the store to return the shoes but was refused another pair on the basis I had worn them. I explained to the so called manageress that I had worn them in the house only.

She refused to enter into any discussion and as I had a heart condition my wife would not let me argue my case any further in case of getting too worked up.

I am a type type two diabetic, on numerous medications for this , AF, high blood pressure.

The reason for needing good quality shoes is that Ihad an operation on my right foot/toes to correct problems when incurred an abscess and infection

I highly recommend whit all my heart

I highly recommend whit all my heart. The people there are very professional and they did all they could to get me the perfect archers foot. They have a good service, and they explain to you at your understanding. They did all the measurements in a professional way, and they concentrate at all the small details. They never let you leave until its job done!
