Neue Abdrücke

Ich hatte das Glück bei die alten Produkte dieser Firma kennezulernen. Es gab ein Abdruckset mit Trittschaum, bei dem ein dreidimensionaler Fußabdruck erstellt worden ist. Kürzlich dachte ich, dass es an der Zeit wäre das neue Produkt auszuprobieren, bei dem mit Kohlefaserpapier ein zweidimensionaler Abdruck erstellt wird. Alle vorher perfekt verschwundenen Sympthome kaman nach kurzer Zeit wieder. Eine Rückkehr zu den alten (wenn auch nicht mehr hygienisch ganz einwandfreien) Sohlen brachte wieder eine sofortige Besserung. Ich würde es inzwischen nicht mehr empfehlen.

Unmöglicher Support / keine Ware und keine Antwort

Unmöglicher Support. Keine Antwort auf E-Mails, keine Antwort auf Nachrichten über das WEB-Portal / den Webshop des Unternehmens.
Telefonische Erreichbarkeit 09:00-12:00 Uhr. Auch hier versucht man ständig, dass die Kunden eine E-Mail senden. Erreicht man mal jemanden, kann keine Auskunft gegeben werden. PAYPAL wurde eingeschaltet. Auch hier keine Reaktion seitens CRAFTSOLES.
