Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

I ordered an iPhone 6 from Fonezone.ae and they sent me an iPhone 7 instead, calling it a “complimentary upgrade” as if I should be happy about receiving the wrong product. I wanted what I ordered, not a random substitute.

Getting my refund was a nightmare. it took 9 days, countless back-and-forth calls with customer support, and endless promises of “we’ll call you back” that never happened. I had to call them every single day and practically beg for my own money back.
and even after the refund, they didn't give me a full refund back. such a unprofessional company to deal with.

Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs.

Don't order any product from Fone Zone ....stay safe and report to the cyber crime branch

First I have order iphone 6 and it delivery to me in the same delivery date ..but by knowingly they send me a broken phone not working properly and there was no sound I phone totally silen ..
An then when I return the parcel...
They did not return me back my order and not receiving the call or sms..

Hii..I just want to share my experience..
Fone zone customer service was brilliant.
I have order iPhone 12 pro. I have face many issues with phone.
Phone speaker volume vely low.
Silent time haptic not working
Phone getting very warm
Call recording not working.
They provide not original charging cable.its a copy..with few charging it's burn.
After I complain they return it....but after return they take long 25 days to give other phone.
Again I replaced I choose Samsung galaxy S22 ultra. This phone also I face many issues.
It's a Korean service provider phone.all the Korean apps automatically downloade it's can't be cancell remove. Samsung pay not working. Samsung wallet also not working.again I complain..they take it return. I request them to refund..but they don't have Policy. So again I take Samsung galaxy S22 ultra.....still working fine.....but take take long time again 25 days( it's means I pay money but I can't use phoen 2 month) to get return phone. So before order kindly cheek there return and refund policy

Very disappointing experience and not trustworthy!

ordered an iPhone 12 (Silver, “Good” condition) from FoneZone on 26th June, paid (including shipping). The website showed different grades (Normal, Good, Excellent), and I selected "Good".

A few days later, I got a call saying only "Excellent" is available and I must pay AED 100 extra to the delivery guy. I accepted. Then again they called and said Silver is out of stock – only Black is available. I insisted I want Silver, and they said it will take a week.

Now they are not answering my calls, and I still have no update on my order. This is completely unprofessional. First they try to upsell, then change the color, and now ignore the customer.

Don't trust this website. They show false stock availability and provide poor customer service after taking full payment.

Everyone in this company are terrible…

Everyone in this company are terrible human beings. Once you buy a device from them and you found it’s defective, you will be in deep trouble dealing with unreliable people. They will treat you like it’s your fault that you buy from them. Their manager Ms. Ziy** really is undoubtedly unprofessional. Bring your business somewhere and thank me later.

The shipping process is a struggle

The shipping process is a struggle, takes weeks to sort orders out,their consultants don't reply to texts or queries, neglect your order, will not attend to any requests from DHL.

My order has been stuck with DHL on invoice request and they haven't attended to this for weeks.

Still haven't received what I ordered to this day.

What a disappointing service.
