I have ordered from FONEZONE.COM iphone 5c on 10th September 2025.From 10th September to 15th November they sent me 3 iphone (5c,5s gold,5s gray)three time they sent defected product to me.And now they didn't responced to me.I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

If any brother buys a phone from this iPhone 14 Pro Max company ! They open the phones in such a way that they open the whole phone and then they set them again. According to this, the phones become very weak. Be careful before buying. Because of this, the phones become very weak, the display does not work well, then the speakers of the phones they are opening do not work well either network eSIM not working.💔😏

They are completely fraudulent. They provide fake tracking IDs, and after a couple of days, they cancel the shipment, marking the status as 'returned to seller.' I ordered an Apple mouse, made the payment, and after 7 days, they sent tracking details—only to later mark it as returned to the seller. They're scamming customers, so don’t waste your hard-earned money.

I call again and again for my query but I. Logo ka koi jawab nhi a rha maine kal iphone. 6s order Kiya hai uski maine 1000 ki advance pay bhi karsiya but for bhi in logo na kuch nhi bataya or na hi inko kuch vo ahi

The worst experience ever. I ordered an iPhone SE 2020 from their website, and the picture also showed the iPhone SE 2020. Later, they called me and kept saying they only had the iPhone SE 1st generation with 32GB. So, I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. They said "okay" and cut the call.

After 1–2 hours, I called again to ask about my refund, and they told me, "Sir, give us some time." I agreed. The next day, when I called again to ask for my refund, they just hung up on me without answering. When I tried calling once more, they stayed silent and then cut the call.

What kind of behavior is this? My refund is still pending, and I have no idea what’s going on.
