I had to purchase two different products to get the service to work. Once I had it working, it only recovered the two texts I go today and nothing else. I am going to call my credit card and challenge the charges as fraudulent and it does nothing. DO NOT USE IT.

I had made two purchases, one was for an incorrect product and the second was for the correct product. The registration key would not work that I purchased so I took my phone in to get it repaired. I requested a refund and Fonelab took a long time to reply. So far they have refused to refund the price of the second purchase unless I agree to run a diagnostic test of their program and video it to send them proof that their program would not work. And they will not refund me the first purchase unless I agree to the terms of the diagnostic test on the second purchase. Customer service has been the worst I have ever dealt with. I will update this review once the case is closed, but so far I would not recommend you go with this software company. They have absolutely terrible customer service, the product that I purchased doesn’t even work, and they do not provide refunds.

From my request mail, it has been a month. I had to write to them once again but could not get a reply for three days. After the third party pushed them, they finally replied. They insisted that I have to find the bug reason for them. Otherwise, they will not refund. But on their official website, they said that they guaranteed a “30-day Money Back Guarantee”. So they are cheating.
My responsibility is to show the bugs for a refund not to explore my system to let them know more about me. The bug picture has already demonstrated their bugs. They are just cheating on their website. You can also find they have had no update on Twitter or youtube for more than two years. When I am writing this message, I knew I may not get a refund. I am an honest developer. For me, I care more about honesty than money. I want others to know and not be cheated by them.
You may use their freeware. But please NEVER pay them !!!

The screen recorder is horrible as heck, watching your recordings are behind a paywall, it uses a file type that is impossible to bypass the paywall with, that you cant even watch videos with other players, even if you pay you are limited to there player only.

And they claim its the best screen recorder, which is obviously a joke.

Extremely bad program, it does not support some of the latest Android phones especially the most common (Samsung). A waste of money and shocking customer service. Do not fall into the trap of buying this program.

Did not have a chance to use the program. Asked for a refund (within 1 day). They refused.

Do not use this. As others have pointed out, this is a scam.

Do not order anything from this website. They state they have a money back garuante, but will make sure to reply after the 30 days, so that they can state that the product has expired and they can longer offer refunds. The company fully well know what they are doing, and are trying to scam people out of their money.

Worse than that, the product they license, does not work. They claim to be able to recover lost data, lost messages. However, what it does is just show you the information that already exist on your phone. I made sure to try all the three different ways to recover data, however, this product does not work. And if you ask them for a refund since the product clearly does not do what it is advertised to, they will just give you a phony reason as to why they cannot issue a refund.

If I was you, I would highly stay clear of this company. They will just take your money (expensive product), and will leave you hanging. Spend your money on a different site than this. The reviews speaks for themselves.

I downloaded the Fonelab data retriever to try and retrieve lost phone messages on an Oppo. It managed to retrieve 53 messages, all of which were STILL ON my phone. It did not find ANY deleted ones that I actually needed. It said it needed to do a deeper search which required a root program, but I gave up after that. It's a WOFTAM.

I was looking for tutorial on something when i find an this i did not look at the website name but it was just telling me to download all these crapy apps that were horrible and it marked good apps as “data loss normal”
Then when i check these crap apps are made by fone lab no wonder

All programs with "Fone" in their name (Fonelab, Dr. Fone, ...) are all the same program with different UIs, and all feel predatory. Multiple front websites, all with seemingly "helpful" tutorials that don't work so you download their software. Even if you manage to get it "working", you have to pay to unlock the data you salvaged, which I did not do, so I don't know if it's a scam or not. Feels like a scam.

While the FoneLab software does appear to extract some lost data from the target iphone, it does not get it all... leaving you a little better off, but still missing what may be the most important data. With this tool, it's a crapshoot. And forget about any refund. Their '30 day warrantee' will not happen... their 'support' philosophy is avoid, deflect, deny.

Just another ripoff joint. I wish I would've read the reviews and return policy before I purchased. would never recommend this fake program to anyone. Should anyone inquire of me, I will tell them not to even consider these characters especially, for call history recovery.

I downloaded the trial version of iphone data recovery (for PC). It took my itunes backup and listed contents in folders. Looked promising but wouldn't let me click on Recover. So I bought it.
Turns out, Recover only allows you to save text or pdf files to computer. (I have a free program to do this). It did not recover any deleted files from my phone. Nor does it have capability to restore text streams (conversations) to the iphone.
Useless to me. When I emailed Fonelab support, they responded saying they failed to find my order, along with some form letter message. Tried again with different question and received the same response. Waste of money and time. Nobody home at service desk.

Rude staff very unhelpful and uniterested at the Marrickvile Metro store. Your items are way overpriced and of poor quality.😤 I wouldn't shop there at all. I'm very disappointed on how I was treated today. How can a bunch of idiot's operate a store like this.

I agree with many of the other reviews here. The company (fonelab) are dishonest, the software doesn't do what it claims and they refuse to give refunds when you discover their deceit. Don't waste your money here

The program that I purchased failed to perform contrary to their misleading claims and statements on their website. It did not provide the service as advertised and then they refused to refund.

Prefer a zero rating.
You decide if you think been ripped off.
Went into Fonelab at Lake Haven. Generally we only use one mobile phone. The second one died, so we used another 4yr old phone has been working for a long time, all the time since covid good enough for two of us for QR code when in separate locations. That was not lasting in battery dying after a day or less when really not in use. So went to above store and expalined saying I think it needs a new battery. Seemed logical enough. $120 later. Lasted evan less time on new battery. Went back to store and now say the phone is the problem, to old. Well……. My view, why not mention that at first. Ripped off. 🤬

I purchased this software as it promised great potential to fix my iPhone 7 Plus stuck on Apple logo. Tried the free trial which failed and it recommended advanced recovery in the paid version (of course it would). Briefly looking at the websites “30 day money back guarantee” I took the risk and purchased. What a mistake!! After numerous attempts in DFU mode , recovery mode all the recommendation from their site it just failed to recover phone. Alas I resigned to the fact that there may be a hardware fault. I thought “oh well at least I can get a refund”. I thought wrong, their support is extremely unhelpful and they certainly DO NOT put the customer first as claimed on the website. At this point they are refusing to provide a refund for a product that fails to do anything close to repairing this iOS device. Many bold claims on their site which turn out to be empty promises. On closer examination there refund policy is atrocious, you can only get a refund if you mistakenly bough twice or wrong product form their site and this must be done within 48hrs ..... so not really a 30 day money back guarantee then! Starting to think this might be scam-ware.
