scammers! It's beyond belief how outdated and utterly useless it is. The sneaky auto-renewal option resulted in double charges the next year. Those responsible for this app deserve nothing but karma biting back at them throughout their miserable lives. And any company associated with or endorsing this garbage should suffer the same level of abysmal service.

Bought Fonelab for PC.
I dont'know if the product works properly for Android or IOS but for PC Windows the software it's very helpful and well done. At the beginning I had some problems about some options that crash the program but we have solved with the customer care (in english) in a few days.

I don't understand the bad reviews about the company. I bought their Screen Recorder product, conducted tests, asked all the questions - the support is very friendly and quickly helped to sort out all the questions. I bought the program, use it and definitely recommend it, since I previously used a similar program from competitors, there is something to compare it with and fonelab is an order of magnitude better, cheaper and with a human attitude! I'm happy with everything

Fonelab.com is not working plus they earn on autorenewal, unaware costumer will pay as they will charge him in the next month full price.

They will not refund. So avoid them.

Fonelab does not support all devices. Not only did it not help me recover lost data from the device, but the company took my money for something that does not work at all. Attention! Problem with recovering money. Don't buy products from them because you may be disappointed!

They are a total scam. Don’t do it. Customer service sucks and they refuse to refund. You have to email support, and they can not translate or understand English, so they have no idea what you are talking about. I took the time to write very detailed descriptions and their responses were gibberish.

It’s a scam! Does not do what it claims at all. And the files it downloads are confusing and very hard to navigate through. THEY WILL NOT REFUND AT ALL. Their customer support is awful and they don’t even have a phone call service. You just have to email them. HORRIBLE. I’m a 24 year old and very tech savy and it was still just a mess. They just want money.

Fone labs website offers data recovery help for phones newer than Samsung Galaxy 6 BUT their software CAN'T HELP
I don't kow how effective their data recovery is for Samsung Galaxy 6 and previous models. I tried to use their software to recover messages on Galaxy 7 with broken lcd screen but waste of time.

This software is totally useless but i managed to get my refund after taking matters to paypal and telling them about this page reviews score and that most of them were claiming that its a scam and just because they saw reason in my argument and gave me my refund i raze it to two stars

Do not buy! I purchased their software, it did not work, so I contacted their support and asked for a refund. At that point they started an exhausting series of requests, such as screenshots, log files and now even a video! Which of course is too heavy to be sent by mail and guess what? Without video no refund! Obviously they try to tire the customer out with these endless requests in order not to give any money back! Their 30-day money back guarantee is a scam!

Totally useless tool. Created back-up file with free version and then forced to buy suscription to restore it (not possible to try with free version). Tool was only able to restore contacs & notes (from 7gb back-up file), software itself is giving pop-up about limitation. When asking refund you will just get answer that they can not do refund because they can't verify if product has technical problem... so that kind of money-back-guarantee. Full scam.

I purchased their products within a day software couldn't fix my iphone 14 pro max. So I wrote them to cancel my order and refund but no one answers. So before you purchase their product one should understand that there is no money back guarantee...

I couldn't use the application I purchased because my model wasn't supported. Asa result I had to delete the application and requested for refunding. However, after long discussion with customer service (about obvious things), which lasted for several days and during which I got confirmation that software I purchased can't help me anyhow, I got the following reply "Our product adopts 'try-before-buy', so before purchasing customer should have tried our product. Our product is virtual software, once we sent we can't get back the registration code. As for this case, we couldn't do you a favor about your refund request." I highly NOT RECOMMEND purchasing any applications of this developper

Regarding on online company called FoneLab: I purchased their app on March 9th. I asked for a refund on the first day when I realized how bad the app was. After many emails to them, I finally received a reply today saying my refund request was denied, and they didn’t even give a reason as to why. Their website states “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”, but, obviously, that is a lie.

I BOUGHT their app outright so I would have unlimited access to it, rather than only renting it for a month. Their horrible app crashed twice and I had to reinstall it again and again on the same computer, and now there are no downloads left. If I had know it was (1) a very unstable app and (2) buying it had a download limit on it, I never would have bought it and wasted my money and time.

They are based out of the US, so I guess they think they can lie and steal and get away with it. I want to warn others to not do business with this “company.”

Ordered it and found it wasn't compatible with my device and immediately requested a refund, literally within minutes of ordering. Was told a bunch of run around nonsense similar to that of others complaining on this site and no refund. It is scam and they won't last long

Beware of this company and their software. I purchased fonelab to fix an issue with my son's iPhone. Software did not work. Requested a refund as a 30 day money back guarantee is stated. The costumer service made me do a few things with phone, the problem was never fixed, it actually made it worse as the iphone had to be restored. I am since then fighting to get my refund but their reply is that if I do not collaborate and find the bug they cannot refund me. Thieves!
