I placed an order with Folsom Wine and Spirits, it took 60 days for it to be delivered. I emailed them after 21 days and started getting the run around and a tracking number that was only a label. After finally receiving my order, I emailed them saying I felt I was due some
sort of refund or discount. They offered free shipping for the 60 days, I won't be needing it as I AM DONE WITH THEM. LIARS AND CONARTIST!

Horrible service and no way to get in contact with any employee. I ordered a mezcal was sent a tracking number 2 weeks ago but bottle was never actually shipped. I just want to know if it’s not available just cancel my order.

My order started off rocky. I wanted to send a bottle of bourbon to my son. For the past couple of Xmas' I have purchased from you with terrific results. This time it didn't go so smoothly. There was a delay. Not sure what caused it, but after an email contact, things got more personal. Things took longer than usual, but the staff stuck with me. I will buy from you again.

Idk what to say....your cheaper than the other legit on line sale outlets (when your stuff is on sale) and I know exactly what retail is...but we're all in this place right now together.. I'm just too old I guess 🤷
Anyway, only issue is had was a Blantons leaked a very small amount but when I brought it to your attention nothing was actually done about it.
I mean if your going force everyone to purchase insurance 🤔 than why would you just basically ignore a picture and message about a leakage?
Anyways I gave you a hi rating but it probably unworthy..
If I ever order another bottle with insurance that isn't perfect you will know it....
