TFS is THE BEST
TFS is, in my opinion, one of the most reputable and impressive companies I have ever had the pleasure of buying from.
Firstly, their selection of books is second to none; the quality of their products is truly stunning, and they make any home library that bit more special.
Secondly, because they truly know what customer service means. I ordered a copy of Mansfield Park for my partner for Christmas as it is her favourite book, and when the first copy arrived it was damaged. I reached out to FS, and they immediately sent another; as you can imagine, at a busy period for shipping, it took a while to reach me. With only two days left until Christmas, it arrived...damaged again.
When I let them know, they had an express delivery shipped out by an alternate courier at their expense to ensure it was with me the next morning.
Never have I been more impressed or felt more valued as a customer than I did during this experience.
I would highly recommend this fantastic company.

Folio Society provides world-class customer service in friendliness and actually doing what they say they're going to do.
Due to international shipping and customs issues, I've had to contact Folio Society a few times to get the matter sorted. They were extremely friendly, understanding, and actually began working on the issue with speed and transparency. No run around. No sycophancy. Just naked empathy and urgency to rectify the situation. Then, they actually did the job. 5/5 stars.

I've been buying Folio editions for…
I've been buying Folio editions for several years. The service has been consistently prompt. The books are carefully packed to arrive in good condition. The occasional time I have had a problem, Folio has been very easy to deal with and resolve the issue. The books feature very high quality printings and bindings and are beautiful books.
