I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. I reached out via email, as this is the only method with a response time within 48 hrs🙄, and have yet to hear from them. Less than a hundred bucks but principle is important and I have heard nothing. Just gave them my info, payment, and zero gift to my fam member. Spend extra at a quality place

Julie was my customer service representative and she took great care of me. Foco missed the shipping window so the gift I purchased from them didn't show up in time for Christmas after I had paid a $35 premium for expedited shipping. Julie was very helpful and responded quickly. Thank you Julie!
Terrible!
Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! I ordered a Shohei Ohtani 2024 Dodgers World Series Champions bobblehead, back in March of 2025. Initially, FOCO said they wouldn’t be shipped until the beginning of September. Well, September came and went, so I reached out again in October. They returned my email and told me there had been a “delay”, and now I wouldn’t be getting my item until the beginning of December. Half way through December, I reached out again and asked when I would be receiving my order. They got back to me and told me there was ANOTHER DELAY, and now it wont be shipping until 1/29/26, almost a year after my initial purchase!! What?!? In the meantime, the Dodgers have won another championship. They had the gall to offer a bobblehead for the 2025 World Series win! If you don’t mind buying something from FOCO and not receiving the item for a year, by all means order. If you think waiting for an item you purchased 11-months earlier, a little ridiculous, then DO NOT ORDER FROM FOCO!
Sent a stained shirt
Sent a stained shirt, with grease smeared on a shoulder. We contacted them immediately, as it was a Christmas gift. We got the generic "we can't wait to get back to you..." email response. I've reached out to them now 3 separate times, over more than a week's time, with no response beyond the initial email, and no correction made to the shirt, no refund, no replacement sent.

I've been waiting 6 days For customer service to get back with me, Item came broken on Dec. 20th. Sent pictures and NO One will respond back to me. I ordered this Bobblehead on MARCH 6th. Waited through several due dates that never happened. On Dec,20th received item Broken. I even asked to PLEASE response to my text.

All they do is lie. I pre-ordered a christmas ornament that said it would ship no later than 12/15. Once 12/15 passed, it changed to 12/22. Once 12/22 passed, they told me it’d ship today, 12/24. Nothing. This company might actually have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never pre-order anything from them. Probably shouldn’t order anything in general from them. They just lie about your order status. I’m not sure the christmas ornament I ordered will ever arrive at this point. Then they just gaslight you. Their instagram account, their email address. Just an awful company. It feels like they genuinely stole my money.

If I could give this company a zero I would . Ordered a Christmas sweater for two day shipping December 15th at 5 pm est . Order was labeled the next morning at 10 am est . Sat there on labeled status . I finally reached out to customer services Thursday afternoon the 18th no response . Package continued to sit there . Reached back out on the 22nd of December they finally wrote back claimed the item was out of stock and were refunding my order . Don’t waste your time . Check other reviews as this is common here .

FOCO lies about how they handle returns. There is no apparent quality control on the products. Plus, there is no customer service phone number. Run, do not walk, away from patronizing this business.

My experience with shipping didn't go well, however it was rectified. More than satisfactory I received customer service help from (BREANNA) she guided me through the process in rectifying my order. She was very professional and knowledgeable in the matter at hand. Her assistance will allow me to make future orders.

I would give 0 if I could, ordered a football shirt for Grandson on 8th December, the past 10 days I e been emailing and getting no answer, even I threatened to take legal action I get email to say it’s out of stock so won’t be coming, this was grandsons Xmas present, I have no extra money to buy anything else as a pensioner & they still have my money, they said to pick something else but I am demanding the money back as they are obviously a scam firm & should be avoided at all cost, I’m fed up with people like this taking hard earned money from people for nothing in return, I will be reporting them to trading standards as already got process in motion.

Ordered a Boston Red Sox Fenway Park BRXLZ Stadium. Received notification item shipped only to receive a set of Michigan Beverage Coasters. Reached out to customer service and took days to receive a response only to learn company unable to resend correct item. Thanks to the company's error - Xmas ruined for a special young man!!!

Received a message that my order was out for delivery. 8 days later received a message that my item was not available because of inventory issues.
The company canceled my order due to inventory error
The company messaged me that they had to cancel my order (during Christmas time!) due to an inventory error. While I appreciate them letting me know and issuing a refund, I am now a week out from Christmas left floundering to find another suitable gift that will also arrive in time. This just added another stressful task to my plate in an already stressful time. Can't say I ever want to purchase from this company again when they can't even honor their orders or reflect accurate inventory for their consumers. Now I'll have a disappointed little boy who won't be getting the one gift he asked for specifically.

I used the enclosed shoe size guide provided within the company’s website. Ordered Texans Crocs, shoes several sizes too small and wanted to exchange them, however, company does not pay for shipping returns and, couldn’t guarantee the size I needed would be available. Terrible return policy and I will not ever order from this company again. AND, I just received more items from them that I ordered for Christmas gifts, and SAME ISSUE, except this time it’s for clothing. I am extremely disappointed and also very aggravated because now I am back to square one, needing to re-shop elsewhere, and I am out the money.

This is ridiculous. And they didn't even offer a discount coupon for my next order to make up for this mess, just a sorry for the inconvenience.

Customer Service is Terrible
I ordered items in October which were supposed to be delivered early December. However, after waiting (back ordered) I received text package was delivered but was not. I reached out via email to FOCO. They emailed me back with same “Delivered “ email from post office. Item was not insured so no refund was given. FOCO responded with duplicate email of “Delivered”. No phone contact. Customer Service is terrible after they get their money

Pre-ordered something in april with delivery time of October. Then it switched to December 4. Now says February 2026 and it's supposed to be a christmas gift. Told them to cancel the order and they promised me a refund but instead sent me an emailed gift card which is useless because I'll never shop with them again. No phone number to actually speak to someone. Just have to rely on email. Guess I'm just out $128.
FOCO make great products BUT...
FOCO make great products. But they don't honour their vouchers. In our case, they told us to order, promising a refund on the voucher's discount. We made the purchase and they refused then to pay the discount. Very, very unprofessional and hardly the way to treat a regular customer. Paul Hodgson, their Marketing Manager, didn't even acknowledge our communication. Perhaps they just don't care. If so, they won't last long.

I’ve ordered 5 BRXLZ items from FOCO. Yes they are challenging to put together but have a little patience and double check each row before moving on. (I had to tear the big stadium almost all the way down because I was off one space).
Long story short I messed up some pieces on a football with glue. I emailed customer service and they replaced the pieces I needed even though it was totally my fault. They were very prompt in responding and it was the most amazing customer service I have had in a long long time
