This company really screw*d me over. I ordered a shirt that was too small. My mistake. It took way too much effort to find out how I could make an exchange for a larger size. Finding the return form was way too difficult.
They told me to mail the smaller shirt back to them and I could exchange it for a larger one. Then I was told that the larger size was out of stock. I spent $8.00 to mail it back. The told me they would credit my card. So, basically I spent $8.00 bucks and got nothing. Don't bother buying from this company because the shirt was really poor quality material. The NFL should be embarrassed to have their Logo on this cr*p.

Buyer beware. This company does not clearly disclose that all sales are final. I was never properly warned during checkout, and their return policy is hidden in a small, obscure section of their website.
The product I received was loose fitting and poor quality — not what I expected based on the listing. When I reached out for a refund, I was told they would not accept returns under any circumstances.
Clear and conspicuous disclosure of a no-return policy is the bare minimum for consumer fairness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

I ordered a pair of shoes and went by the size guide and they are too small, contacted customer service and they said because they are LSU shoes none returnable. The worst customer service with honoring returns. I read the return policy prior to making the purchase and nowhere does it state shoes with a college logo are final sales. Lost a customer for life!

Bought two Philadelphia Eagles hoods with face covering. No size was listed, but both are enormous and would likely fit Andre the giant better than a normal sized american. Despite having one still in the packaging, they will not accept a return. Will not be buying again.
Bad instructions, poor fit…
Instructions were unreadable..they did provide a PDF for use on computer..pieces do not fit together well..doing the helmet..trying to put together something round and fragile with pieces that don't go together well is not going smoothly..I'm close to just throwing it in the garbage and taking the loss...you've been warned..

I have made 5 lego products by FOCO. The last one I ordered was a stadium. The instructions were too small for me to see what size I needed to complete it correctly. Breanna sent me a PDF that I could use in order to see which pieces went where. I am blown away with her customer service. The products, although small, are so awesome. I can't wait until they put out another product!

Attempted to order items from the website and the Shop app. Both locations would just hang at the Checkout page without continuing to the next page. Would not recommend if you want fan gear. Better to look someplace else.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIMES
Ordered a light up necklace from FOCO and received the incorrect one. They do not answer their phone line and emailing their customer service states 24-36 hour responses but they definitely do not meet that time frame. Finally when they messaged me back, they asked for a picture which I submitted and still have yet to receive a response after 3 days. I have been patient and my patience has run out. Maybe reporting them to the FTC will get them to boost their customer service department. As much money they charge for products, they can hire customer service phone support.

My order was shipped with USPS but my order ticket read FedEx and showed a tracking that belonged to USPS and didn’t show the tracking. I contacted foco customer service over 4 times requesting update as it showed it was delivered but no tracking found. I received no response till a week later my order arrived by mail rather than FedEx and i informed them of the delivery and that's when i received an email apologizing for their error.
I guess you expect more when you buy from a company like Amazon with impeccable service. No comparison to Foco customer service.
Bought 2 city buses
Bought 2 city buses, an both had missing pieces. Emailed for support and had nothing. As soon as i sent it back they then repsonded to me saying i see you've sent it back.. yeah yeah i have! Its been 10 days without a word. terrible customer service if you ask me..

Unfortunately I can not give zero stars. The customer service is terrible. Their sizes are not true to their charts. I needed to exchange some shorts and they would not send me a label. I had to pay for shipping AGAIN. Once they received it I expected to be notified and never was. I had to inquiry about it (thinking it was lost in transit), never heard back in a timely fashion. Then I received an email stating the exchange was done (not knowing they had the size in stock), only to finally receive an email from "customer support". Here's a time line. Mailed package out 1/12/26 to be delivered on 1/17/26. Sent email inquiry to ensure package made it and that size needed was in stock on 1/21/26. Received an email confirming item exchange on 1/23/26. Only to finally here back from "support" on 1/27/26. Mind you the auto generated email says they will respond "soon". I knew I should have stayed with NFLshop.com and will NEVER use FOCO again. Terrible Terrible Terrible experience all the way around. If I could submit pictures of the email threads I would. Maybe ill blast it on social media next!
I'll never buy from here again
Got the same email about a error in inventory.. I've got this email multiple time over the years. Why does it take 2 weeks to find out the item is not in inventory. A company that sells 50+ million dollars in sales has a poorly run operation going on. Inventory is no longer worth on paper, it is in a computer. And the computer is as smart as the person using it.....

Absolutely abysmal - would not recommend. After a delay in shipment (admittedly over the festive period so to be expected) my set arrived with pieces missing. I contacted the customer support and I have not had as much as a response other than an automated one saying they would respond within 24-36 hours (this was on 06/01). AVOID!

Will not help with a return of sandals that were way too big and loose. Will never buy from them again.
Buyer has to pay return postage - unacceptable
I am so unimpressed that, to return an item, I - the buyer - have to cover the cost for postage! Meaning I'll only receive a partial refund after factoring in the price of postage to return the item. I was hoping to exchange my item for the same item but in another size, however this has completely dissuaded me from shopping at Foco again.

Terrible. I ordered an item paid $16 shipping for it which whatever is fine didn’t like the fit so had to reach out by email to return. I had to pay for return shipping which again whatever but I’d rather have my money back. So I sent the item back waited a couple weeks still no refund. So I emailed then when the item was delivered and then I got an email saying a refund was issued the next day. Well when I checked the refund it was short $1.16. The item was total was $113.64. The item was $90, tax was $7.69 and shipping was $15.95. They refunded me $96.53. I told them they shorted me I wasn’t refunded correct they responded they don’t refund shipping and I told them they didn’t refund the tax correct. Waiting for a response so we will see what happens. But this is not okay why are you shorting refund yeah it’s only a dollar but dollars add up also including the fact I paid for shipping both ways and lost money there. This is how they steal from people a dollar shorted on all refunds and I bet they make good money from scamming there customers.
Delayed Order
I placed an order before christmas but it did not arive within the 7 working days quoted. Chased up the order to be told that: "We just received a notification that due to an issue with our account, some orders were not imported into the system in a timely manner. These orders will no longer be shipped, and your account will be automatically refunded later. We haven't yet received notification from our superiors regarding the specific refund time." Should I risk to order again without first receiving a refund for the first order? Seems to be a ramshackle organisation.
