Loved the hat!!! I received lots of compliments on the hat.

Very compassionate and responsive. I was very happy with the service (even if things didn't go exactly).

Also, the hat was beautiful and fun.

The hat arrive four days after I was told it would and after my daughters birthday.

I purchased the big pompadour yellow hair foam hat to complete my son's Captain Underpants (Harold Hutchins) storybook costume for Red Ribbon Week at school. I was SO surprised to find a product like this! MUCH better than an actual itchy wig! My son is also on the Spectrum and has sensory issues.. This super soft, very lightweight and comfortable alternative was perfect! He had no issues at all. Everyone at school loved it and he had the best day! I was also very impressed with the customer service! A few strands of the foam hair were detaching and Manuel offered to repair them for me right away! The best part is that it was so endearing to see how this company is truly a family affair! Several generations are working together.. Even the family's sweet dog was there to greet me and keep me company while the fixed the hat! Love this company!

Oh my word!! I ordered a custom hat for an event. It turned out PERFECT! Better than I even expected. We communicated through email. Manual was a great communicator. He always did what he said when he said. He even gave me my hat for half price. He said my design is something they can sell! So if you get the gingerbread man hat...you’re welcome. 😂😂😂

The quality is excellent, but the size is small for adults. There should have been some communication regarding who is going to wear them and in the case of women they will have a hard time fitting them over their hairdos.

Love these hats! Made our daughter’s wedding so fun, and now we will use them for Halloween and more. The quality is great for the price.

I was very impressed the company’s selection and communication. One hat was fabulous and one was way to large. Manuel (owner) encouraged us to return the large hat immediately. However the cost of returning the hat was close to the cost of the hat. This it’s still here. One thing they could do better is to have free shipping returns.

They delivered as promised. I bought 27 hats for my dogs vet office staff Christmas party!!!

I ordered a hat and was given a date when they promised it would be done. It still hasn't showed up. Why would they make these promises when they know they cannot fill them.
Recommendations are they get some real leadership in this company and not that phony TV big talk exaggerating their abilities to run a business.
Terrible Communication.

I purchased the Covid Party Hat and I cannot wait to wear it for my company Halloween Sales Meeting. So cute. Well made. And arrived on time. I'm ready to see the Christmas products.

Great communication & customer service. Initial order was damaged, they send out replacement immediately.
