SCAM

I got the voucher from ETOS since it is a reliable company. I made the reservation by selecting the flight tickets and hotel in flywise webpage. After 8 days later, I got an email saying that there is no availability for the holiday I reserved and they offered me a new holiday with a flight very far away from my city to another city that I did not select in the first place. And that is not all, they also want me to pay more for the holiday I do not want. I requested a refund and they kept offering me the other holidays in irrelevant cities with an extra money from a very far airport. Why should I go to Sofia if I made the reservation for Lisbon? It took more than 3 months to get my money back. They are scammers they do not provide the holiday you reserved in the first place. They try to scam you by requesting more money for a trip you did not selected in the first place.

So..

So... I booked the kruidvat citytrip flight with my mom for this month (29 tot 31 August) however instead of spending 2 nights and 3 days, we will be spending like 1,5 days there.. We'll arrive Monday 11 a.m. in Budapest, only to leave on Wednesday 06:35 a.m. wich means we have to be at the airport around 4 a.m, so we can't spend the third day in the country and we are also robbed of our last night there. Also when we booked our vacation, we were obligate to pay 60!! euros extra for breakfast in the hotel, otherwise this date wasn't available. Well okay, the next option was in October and we really wanted to go in august, so I decided agaist my wishes to pay. Now comes the funny part: the second day of our breakfast, we have to be at the airport around 04.00 a.m. which means we will miss the that the breakfast, wich was mandatory to pay?! So screw this company, they rob you of your time and your money, only to give you a low key vacation.

Flywise doesn’t do business with integrity. Think twice before booking.

I’ve purchased the voucher for a 5days trip with a few friends. On the promotion it says the fly out location is Schiphol (never once they offer any options from Eindhoven) so for that reason we purchased the voucher and booked the trip. But after we booked the trip they then say they have no departure flights from Schiphol AT ALL, but only from Eindhoven. But we are all living in the northern part of the country so for us all going to Eindhoven and back will take at least 6hours extra and €50 per person extra. So we request to get the refund because they put the fly out location with Schiphol only and was just misleading so they should bare the full refund.
So ok they agreed to refund me only the voucher value but not the booking cost. But this is not my fault that you put misleading information online and in reality you have no departure flights from Schiphol at all! I would definitely not use this agency again and strongly recommend people who is considering to get the booking via them to think twice!!! This company in my eyes does not do business with intergrity because they put the misleading information but refused to bare the consequences.
For your wallet and a pleasant holiday. I suggest you reconsider to book with another reliable travel agency.
Here I attach the conversation where they said by themselves that they don’t offer flights from Schiphol but only from Eindhoven. And fyi. I’ve checked the flights that from Eindhoven. It costs as low as 30€ return flight to Cyrus.
We bought the voucher thinking it will be an easy way to travel but for sure you have ruined it for us.
(Sorry just realized I can’t post a picture here)
