No flight booked but credit agreement is in place!!!
I tried to book a flight through travelup using fly now pay later, received an email from travelup saying payment was declined and booking is not confirmed however money was deducted from my account and a credit agreement was sent to my email. Trying to contact fly now pay later and can’t reach them by any mean. Now I am unsure what to do no flight but with a credit agreement!!!

Website was slow.. when card was finally accepted page went back to the beginning to start again. Could have easily made a new application and payment for the same flight

I had some issues before with flight tickets not being sent and the refund, but they did their best to solve the issue, I got my deposit and in the end, I booked flights and every thing went smoothly.

They punish you for paying your bill
I booked with them took my flight paid off the trip early, got email thanking me and letting me know I was able to book another whenever I wanted. Went to book another trip for them to tell me I was denied, so the thanks I get for paying my payments on time and then paying off early was them taking away the credit they gave. Wow what a great company and a great way to do business.

I have had a credit agreement sent to me and money taken from my account, however I am yet to receive the flight details or tickets and have had no email confirmation. Customer service unhelpful, I have now been waiting a week for a response.
