Well after 5 years after my flight I…

Well after 5 years after my flight I payed for and was cancelled due to the airline going bust you’ve finally sent a email to say my account is clear for a flight I never got. I got the money back off my bank as you wouldn’t return funds and then you put it down as missed payments as no one was going to give me my money back and was your problem to sort out as my contract was with you. That then was on my credit file and as missed payments and my credit score went down. No one seem to be interested about this and what you did. Are now going to pay me compensation for this effecting my credit score? No didn’t think so! You’re no different to another big company next to useless when you have a problem. Plus you sad I’m free now to book another flight😂 what a joke.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, it is fake! I used it in the past and had problems with the money collectors because they didn't refund me on time and put me in credit debt! 4 years ago it went super ok, now it's a disaster! Nothing works anymore, you can't make an account anymore, you can't buy vacations. It's a disaster of an application! 4 years ago I think it had a different management and everything was going perfectly, people were happy! Now they only have problems and they don't solve them at all. They say they have had technical problems for 2 years, but for 2 years they still haven't fixed these technical problems

Air Maroc said Money have been refunded to my third party whom said it was sent to fly now pay later even when i have completed my payment. Wouldn’t use them there out to fraud…

Wouldn’t use them there out to fraud and fleece every penny out of people but once they owe a refund BAM non contactable ignores all emails etc don’t tell me to contact support I already did this.. you simply fraud customers and that’s all there is to it between you & flymble & kiwi your all as bad as each other seriously do yourselves a favour people an book direct with airlines never had a issue booking direct with easyJet but this company is a rip off scammer etc I contacted action fraud and made a formal statement as im tired a customer should not have to run around doing your work for me you should be ashamed of the tactics you take to fleece people, I already got a open court claim against fly now pay later but they simply don’t respond so they love frauding customers and simply won’t refund what’s there’s, kiwi was given my bank details so many times but then blames flymble then flymble blames fly now pay later and they blame flymble lol it’s unreal now I just don’t get no response absolute shambles I also contacted wales online to run a story about this sheer scams these company try to pull so they don’t pay out.

Follow up as of 8th November 2023 Sophian kindly told me after I keep asking for updates which they don’t come to me may I say I have to chase them! Constantly emailing that the agency have refunded but I have to pay fly now pay later £172.14 what for? My flights were cancelled due to the pandemic of Covid in 2020 you can’t even make this up lol she is frauding me out of a payment I’m suppose to have back £299.44 is meant to come back to me she is withholding this payment as she wants £172.14 lol! 😂 I paid directly to fly now pay later no one else I paid them therefore they are liable for my refund, I paid for a service I did not get as it was cancelled have all the proof and SUPRISE!!! She has gone quiet now I noted all that down in a email.. thought so as soon as they owe you money they go quiet I reported all the chat logs emails names etc to action fraud and reported this to small claims court on a act of fraud imagine how many people they do this to! I’m only telling the 100% truth on this review and the only way you will get me to remove it is asking for my bank details and giving me £299.44 of my money till then the fraud claims will run and I will take action of compensation for chasing you. Disgusting behaviour may I add. Just disgusting.

Follow up as the 9th November this was cancelled due to the pandemic Covid 19 and have proof by airlines I don’t want to hear excuses we was going through a pandemic back then and 2 flights got cancelled due to covid 19 hitting anymore excuses?

As of 23/11/2023 I keep getting ignored they know full well they owe me a refund and they scam and scam and scam just look at there google reviews it’s flooded!! Scammers

As of 30th December 2023 they still owe me over £200 they refuse to give me this money there scammers no wonder there company has gone down the pan not surprised with how many they have scammed

As of April 2024 court proceedings against this company have happened court sided with me however they still haven’t made the payment says it all.

I booked a flight no problem and fully paid the balance well in time then I app crashed then it was saying I wasn't a customer then when I finally got the app to work it said my wasn't credit worthy I work full time and my credit score hasn't changed it got better I feel so let down in my defence if u pay on time this shows that ur a good customer

Not sure what is going on with them but…

Not sure what is going on with them but the app no longer works, it was always my go to when paying for flights however can't generate a credit line to use. Some of the website I have tried to use it with has said they no longer exist.

I try to login via the app tells me my email address doesn't exist. I login via laptop it sends a link to my email address and I am able to login however no credit, everything is greyed out it just doesn't function.It's been like this for over 2 years

This app is useless

This app is useless, have been trying to use the app to book a holiday, but the app now says I have £0 limits. I can’t even contact customer service as that isn’t working as well.

2nd negative review

This is the 2nd negative review I'm having to give within the space of less than a year. First issue I was having with my account earlier in the year was that the app was struggling to generate a card for me. I was then later told that there is technical issue and they are working hard to rectify the problem.

I recently logged into my account hoping to use flynowpaylater and I was on there for about five minutes. I saw my limit of £1500 which has always been the case and all of a sudden it just disappeared and changed to £0 while I was on the app. I tried to contact customer services through the app to which I explained my issue and the app or bot then asked me to confirm my name and whether it was correct but it wouldn't even allow me to click on the tick to confirm.

The whole app and system is a mess. Appears it has been like this for months!!!!! I have contact them through email twice using and I have not received any response whatsoever.

If you're experiencing financial difficulties or looking to close the company, please just tell people so they know to look elsewhere. You've been telling people about experiencing "technical difficulties" for a long time now. Surely you must be in breach of operating standards right now.

I have used their app many times in the past and the service was absolutely fab but seems to be a massive let down right now.

Still waiting for help…

Getting really tiring making these reviews but it seems to be the only way I get a response from this company now. At the end of June I left my last review and this is part of the reply the company made on the 30th June;

“ We want to assure you that we are neither withholding your refund nor intentionally causing these delays. We remain committed to returning your funds as soon as they are made available to us.

That said, we understand that this assurance does not alleviate your immediate concerns. We would like to make this right for you, and your case has been escalated for a detailed review and expedited resolution.

Please expect an update from our team via email very shortly. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime, and we promise to keep working on your behalf until this matter is fully resolved.”

Fast forward 2.5 weeks and I’ve not been contacted once, and in fact I sent them a further email when on holiday and it has been ignored. Replies are becoming more scarce as time goes on now, I get the impression they just want me to give up and stop pursuing my refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had as a consumer

Avoid

Avoid! Not been able to book at all.
They gave me a credit limit however as they have been “experiencing” technical difficulties It won’t generate any payment cards. It’s been like this since day 1 and 3 months on it’s still going on. Just remove the feature and stop marketing it atletas

First time round was great no issues at…

First time round was great no issues at all but since November last year the system has been down and not able to book nothing ! When I email them all I get is generic responses saying technical difficulties !! I had a great experience the first…

I had a great experience the first time. Paid my DC trip air bnb but in January I tried to change cards due to lost. Took 3 weeks before they got back. Then received an email that I could do a bank wire and I was like oh heck no. Finally got my new card on there to work. Paid off. Now, i can’t book another trip for the cruise. They are saying technical difficulties since March. At some point I really feel scammed.

Dont use them..

Don't go with them they are unhelpful I feel so so extremely sad right now. We have paid over £400 for flights and received no flights they have told us it is cancelled and we are not getting our money back. Now we have to pay another £600 for flights which we are having to ask family members for don't book with them. They are difficult to contact and to be honest not very helpful when they do get back. 3 days before we are to fly out and nothing we've paid for everything accommodation, car hire, car parking at the airport and now we have no way of getting to Iceland completely bad. Please don't use these guys, I can't stress enough! I am having to look into the legal side of this or take it further somehow I need to look into it.

My credit limit as Gone to nothing I had £1000 to spend but that was a joke been trying to book a flight since December last year but the same story we have a computer problem which is rubbish they have Gone into bankruptcy
